Canaduct Duct Cleaning reviews (1516)

Prior to moving into our new home, I was aware that the furnace was not working, although it was only 1.5 years old. The inspector and myself surmise that it was related to the blower motor being gummed up with drywall dust and dirt. The CanaDuct cleaning team did a great job cleaning out the ducts, furnace and AC coil. The Heating Ontario technician then came over to perform the repair the following day. Just as we suspected...it was the blower motor. We can now look forward to a nice warm homecoming, come moving day. Well done. Great work!

Canaduct arrived promptly on a bitter cold day in January for the purpose of duct cleaning in my townhome. The technicians were personable and considerate of myself and our new baby, taking care to keep the front door closed until the moment of hook up, in order to prevent a rapid drop in temperature. Paul also cleaned out the washable filter and made recommendations on up-grading to a more effective filter.

The technician called ahead at my request, leaving a message on my voice mail, informing me that he was on the way to do the duct cleaning as scheduled. They did a good work in good time, and I shall have them return upon completion of renovations. I recommend CanaDuct.

The CanaDuct team were unable to perform the service the first time they arrived as it was a bitter cold day and the compressor lines remained frozen despite their best efforts to remedy the situation. Paul Barret the Operations Supervisor, returned a week later to perform the work himself. He made up for the previous appointment by giving me a little extra something extra and also cleaned the furnace/AC coil.

I am pleased to offer a review for CanaDuct. The technician did everything right. I got the furnace and air conditioning cleaned and had the humidifier pad replaced. The technician was amiable and professional so book with CanaDuct.

Mike and his partner turned up on time from CanaDuct Cleaning. He is obviously very knowledgeable and shared important information on helping to maintain my furnace: change the filter every 3 months so as to not restrict air flow, and clean the furnace & replace the evaporator pad annually. I also had the dryer vent cleaned while he was here.

I felt confident that the duct cleaning would go well, initially because of the high ratings CanaDuct has on this website. Upon meeting the technician he seemed polite and experienced and ran a fairly smooth operation. The furnace and AC had not been cleaned recently, so I agreed to have it done as well. The package price was reasonable but was surprised to learn that sanitization (Benefect) was not included. Other competive companies include this free with their duct cleaning packages.
