Canaduct Duct Cleaning reviews (1515)

Great service from start to finish. Two people showed up and both were very friendly. Had great suggestions regarding keeping the ducts clean and products I can use. Was pregnant at the time of cleaning so they ensured the products were natural. I would hightly recommended CanaDuct and will definitely use them again.

Our house is relatively old and we require duct cleaning every other year. Called up Canaduct and set up a date right away. Arrived within 3-4 weeks and got the job done. Bit pricy for my liking but they do give a stellar effort.

I recently bought a house, and had no idea whether ducts had been cleaned recently or not, so I checked out Homestars and found good reviews for CanaDuct. Definitely accurate. Paul and Adrian showed up early, and went straight to work. I had a few questions for them, which they were able to answer for me on a level I could understand. They both offered honest advice about the frequency of getting furnace/AC cleaning done, walked me through cleaning my filter every three months, and fixed a duct issue I had. Definite improvement in air flow after they were done. Absolutely would recommend.

Very pleased with the level of service and professionalism. Cleaners arrived on time, explained the cleaning process, made additonal maintenace recommendations, and left little to no mess. Definitely will use CanaDuct in the future.

Canaduct was a great company to do business with. The workers called ahead to let me know they were on their way, and were on time. Adrian and Peter couldn't have been nicer, or more professional. They made sure to protect my floors and let me know how the process went. They were done in a timely manner and very thorough. I will use them again next time.

I was very happy with the service provided by CanaDuct; they were very efficient, showed up on time (even called to see if it was okay to come a bit early!), covering the carpets and cleaning up afterwards. We have used other duct cleaners in the past, but the service provided by CanaDuct was the most professional I have ever encountered.

Louis who answered my initial call was very nice and friendly, Paul who answered my second call was so patient to answer all my questions. Peter who actually did the clean job was very nice and professional. I was not asked to pay even 1 more cent although my house has so many supply/return vents (much more than normal houses). This is the first time I had such wonderful experience in dealing with this kind of home service. Definitely a 10 star company.

Paul and Peter turned up on time and worked thoroughly and efficiently. Paul indicated concern for the health of our baby girl and indicated the importance of spraying an all-natural botanical disinfectant in the duct work. A pleasant experience and one I would recommend.
