Paul & Adrian were very conscientious about cleaning up upon completion of their work. They were polite, friendly, and on time. They did an excellent job with the up-sells...no pressure. I liked that. As a woman, i felt more comfortable with the fact that a team of 2 technicians came to do the work in my home, as opposed to one man.

As a first time homeowner, it was important to secure a reasonable price for duct and dryer vent cleaning services. Canaduct offered a whole package price which I found very competitive. The approach of the technicians who came to my home was very professional and informative. They informed me of the need to clean up the AC and the furnace, and advised that we await the warmer weather when the temperature exceeds 22 degrees. They did an excellent job cleaning the dryer vent as well. A pleasant experience over all and well worth the money. Thank you.

For weeks there had been an unpleasant odour coming out of the heating vents, and it appeared likely that it was caused by accumulated dust in the ducts. I spoke to Paul at CanaDuct and his knowledgeable explanation of the problem and proposed duct cleaning solution satisfied me that he would handle the problem professionally and at a reasonable cost. Paul and his assistant Adrian performed the duct cleaning quickly and professionally, and eliminated the probolem odour.

Just want leave some feedback on the excellent job provided with my air duck clean done. Paul was the owner of the company and before he started the job provided me with a good overview of the job he was going to perform and the tools to best clean all the dust in the pipes, I even learned something new today that in the air vent return most of the dust we see is actually dead skin, anyhow that's besides the point. Paul also suggested I have me dryer plastic tube replaced and clean due to fire hazard and he could have the pipe replaced and clean for extra 50 dollars. At the end of the job I was extremelly satisfied and woul most definately recomend

The duct cleaning was great, wish they would have cleaned up down in the basement where a lot of the dust was left. Paul was certainly very friendly and professional. They were also very careful to not scratch my hardwood floors. Thanks

I was very happy with the service provided by Paul and Adrian. There was good communication from the moment I requested a quote. The company was also accommodating when I had to postpone our appointment due to our furnace having to be replaced unexpectedly. Paul and Adrian were punctual and very professional. They were very conscientious of my baby being in the house and informed me of what they were going to do. They did a good job of cleaning and sanitizing our vents. I will definitely recommend their services.
