    Duct Cleaning

I've been very pleased with their service. The serviceman arrived ontime, wast fast, courteous (shoes in the house etc...) and we are pleased with the work. The service was delivered at the price offered, with no post sales gimmicks or tricks like the other 2 companies we tried to deal with. I will use them again next time.

    Answer from pro:

Thank-you Damien. Our company prides itself on being up-front with the customer, which is why we offer a quote over the phone, not an estimate. No additions and no surprises for duct cleaning in Toronto and its environs.

    Duct & dryer vent cleaning

Paul was on time, responsive and tidy. He explained the choices and options and carried out the work in an efficent and clean manner. I would recommend this service to everyone.

    Answer from pro:

There wouldn't be much point in duct cleaning were we to leave any dust behind. Keeping clean workspace is an important part of our procedure.

duct, furnace and central vac cleaning

Paul and Greg did great work cleaning up at my home. They took the time to do a thorough job on the furnace and duct work, and put in a lot of extra effort unblocking a central vac hook up on the first floor. In fact, Greg took apart the pipes to pull out a lot of construction debris. It now works like new again. I was given a great tip on the fire hazards linked with plastic exhaust flexi-hose on the dryer as well, which of course they replaced. These gentlemen definitely worked over and above in attaining customer satisfaction. They were friendly, couteous and punctual. You can't get any better than this. Thank you so much Paul and Greg!!

    Duct cleaning

There was good communication both during my initial contact on the phone and through emails, which carried through upon the visit by the duct cleaners. They called before coming, at my request and were on time. It was a smooth operation and I particularly liked the use of the sanitizer once the job was complete.

    Answer from pro:

Information and communication are two cornerstones of good business in duct cleaning or any business. The sanitizer is formulated from thyme, lemon grass and cloves. You simply can't go wrong with Benefect.

    Duct cleaning

We just moved into a new home and realized the builder did not perform a duct cleaning service. We had Paul and Greg from Canaduct turn up at the appointed time and they proceeded to clean up all the vents and ductwork in the home. In addition, e furnace was covered in plaster dust, so we had it cleaned out as well. Very thorough and neat work. we will recommend Paul and Greg to our family who plan on getting their ducts clean in a few weeks.

    Answer from pro:

Unfortunately, there are no laws regulating duct cleaning for new home construction. Having duct cleaned about 19,000 new homes over the last 10 years, I continue to be amazed at what I find in the duct work...everything from razor blades to dead mice. It is so important to have the ducts and the furnace cleaned before moving into your new home.

    Duct cleaning

Very satisfied with the the service. They sanitized the system after cleaning and left the house as tidy as possible. Concern for the safety of my cats as well. Will use this company again for any duct cleaning work and recommend highly.

    Answer from pro:

Cats are family members, so of course we concern ourselves with minimizing their discomfort while duct cleaning the homes of our valued customers.

    Duct cleaning

Paul and Philipp did their work in great time, we're very thorough and took the time to explain to me the importance of replacing the humidifier pad and the air filter on a regular basis. Thanks for the health tips, gentlemen.

    Answer from pro:

In our experience, humidifier pads are one of the most neglected items in a residential HVAC system. Replacing the pad annually is imperative because the water dropping over its surface washes away the antimicrobial coating. The presence of stale water can lead to the formation of bacteria, so cleaning the pad is not an option. Upon their visit, our duct cleaning technicians include the inspection of the humidifier, the drip rate and the condition of the pad. Keep in mind that your local dealers in Toronto, Richmond Hill, Vaughan, Mississauga or Markham or anywhere in the GTA may not always have the size of pad for your model, so it's a good idea to get one from the Canaduct duct cleaner.

    Duct and furnace cleaning

A lot of construction debris was pulled out of the cold air return by Paul & Philipp. Good teamwork on their part. They both were quick, efficient and polite. I turned off the Electronic Air Cleaner which is a recognized health hazard and traded it in for the purchase of an electrostatic Clean Air Gold filter with a lifetime warranty. Great way to save money and my health.

    Answer from pro:

Electrostatic precipitators are early 20th century inventions. They continue to produce ozone,or trioxygen, which is a triatomic molecule, consisting of three oxygen atoms, a known lung irritant. In addition, they collect a carcinogenic substance called amorphous silicone dioxide on the metal surfaces. Electrical currents passing through the unit can cause this cancer causing agent to be released in tiny explosions from the surface. The Asthma and Allergy Foundation strongly recommends turning off and replacing this ancient technology that is difficult to clean effectively and is also costly to maintain. Talk to our duct cleaning technicians about the healthy and cost-effective alternatives.
