Paul and Phillip went friendly and professional. They were helpful in explaining the process. The work was clean. I liked how they showed me the furnace humidifier pad was inserted.

I am appreciative of both the manner and work performance of the fellows who did the duct cleaning today. They were accommodating, knowledgeable and on time. They knew how to clean the high velocity unit in the coach house as well.

Paul and Philipp did great work on my house which is still under construction. They offered me some sound advice on the cold air returns and finished off with sanitizing the system. Great all natural disinfectant with a pleasant odour. I'll see them again when the work is complete and am going to recommend them to my friend for chimney cleaning.

Canaduct was easy to reach via email. The cleaning crew was on time and called when they were on the way. They gave me a good description of what was involved in the operation, they were careful and clean.

Canaduct was the first time I've ever used a duct cleaning service so I wasn't sure what to expect. First attempt to book fail with Paul as I was told I would get a confirmation email but never received a confirmation. Called a week later to confirm appointment was not booked only to find out it was not. So I rescheduled at a later time and was told would receive another confirmation email. None came but phoned Paul again and he confirmed appt was booked. The day of the appt Paul showed up early. Throughout the duct cleaning Paul and his co-worker were nice guys, took off shoes and provided helpful tips. Only thing is they seemed to be rushed and to tell you the truth I didn't see anything getting sucked through the massive cleaning hose as they blew compressed air down through each vent. The funny thing is I was offered a herbal cleaning liquid blown through my vent using a spray bottle free of charge if I promised to review their service at the end of the cleaning and Paul offered to write it up so I could approve it (I Felt uncomfortable taking the free gimmicky liquid cleaning agent for a good review and it was refused). I agreed to review the service but didn't like how I felt pressured at the end of the appointment to give a review on the spot. I found after the service was done that I had more dust to clean up throughout the house afterwards especially in the basement. I don't think I'll be doing a cleaning again for a long time after this experience.

Paul and Philipp arrived on time and did a superb job. The ducts were thoroughly cleaned and sanitized. These two did an amazing job! I would recommend them to everybody! Ask them about the size of the vacuum they use...it has more power than my old car...

Paul and his partner did a great job in cleaning the air duct system in my house. The technology used seems professional and the advice on how to maintain the system is top notch. Overall a great experience for a fair price.
