Canaduct Duct Cleaning reviews (1515)

My experience with Or and Paul has been exceptional. Or called my 5 minutes after I sent an email requesting a quote to have my ducts cleaned. Their prices are reasonable, and he scheduled Paul to come in the next day. Paul provided me with a great assessment of my vents and furnace, and the job was done within an hour -- and no mess. I would highly recommend and use them again.

We required duct cleaning after several home renovations. We called around and reviewed customer feedback online and were impressed with what we saw with Canaduct. Service was prompt,curteous and very professional. Paul explained what he was doing and made recommendations. We are very happy with the service and would recommend them to anyone. We will definitely use them again.

I am very pleased with how Canaduct cleaning handled our project. We needed to clean our ducts after a renovation. Canaduct gave us a very fair price and did a very good job.

November 2010 We had not had out home air duct system cleaned for over 4 years, so my Mom did some internet research and came across Canaduct and scheduled them for a home appointment. Upon arrival for their appointment they were 20 minutes early (usually you have to wait and wait when a repairman / contractor is scheduled for your home). He came in very pleasant and socialable, told us exactly what he was going to do, started the job and then showed us how much more we could benefit from the additional cleaning the ducts needed. He gave us several options, 3 different quotes, and then we decided what was best. He was extremly professional in all that he did, took his shoes off, asked if he needed to move any furniture, fixed loose vent covers that needed a screw to fit on more securely. When he completed the job, he walked us through the house to review what was done, and if we felt he forgot or needed to do something else. In the end, we appreciated the insight and knowledge in maintaining our air ducts, and the many products he suggested we can purchase to help. My first question was can I show you the vents so you can cover them? I was told that was not necessary as they had state of the art equipment and only companies with older equipment cover the vents...I can't say I was thrilled to spend the amount of time I did vacumming my house after they left (not expecting it) but once Paul explained to me why it happened (surface dirt at the top of the ducts using a pressurized spray to blow it down to the main vacume to have it suctioned up does make sense. Either way I'm confident they are clean and the sanization smells like heaven when the furnace kicks in. Did I mention polite/courteous and they genuinely seem to care about customer service which is a nice change from indifference.

Canaduct was great and I would definitely use them again. Paul and Omer provided a fast and thorough service. Both were courteous and explained everything they were doing during the cleaning process.

I've only been in my home for 3 weeks but I knew there was something wrong when dusting became a daily task and my step-daughter was having difficulty breathing. I called your office and made an appointment and the two gentlemen who came to my door were polite, curtious and knowledgeable and were kind enough to share some of that knowledge. I explained to Paul that my step-daughter had asthma and he advised me on the different filters and what was best for my situation. I'd like to thank you for sending Paul and Omar to help me. These guys came when they said they would, and they were in and out of my house within an hour just like they said. There were no additional costs to the quote that they gave me, and the younger technician was very cute and funny. I would highly recommend them to my friends and family!

I was really amazed by the professionalism and due diligence showed by Paul from CANADUCT when he visited our house for duct cleaning on Aug 21'2010. We moved to our house a year ago and were not very sure when the last duct cleaning was done. But as Paul showed me, it wasn't done properly at all the last time and he went all the way to do a great job to get it all very nice and clean. As a family man with kids its imperative to have ducts nicely cleaned up and I will recommend his services to any of my friends going forward.

They were on time and very kind at all times. I had my 6 months old baby with me at the time of cleaning but they were very helpful and asked us to move around so the baby can stay noise and dust free. I liked the service and would use them again next year.
