Canaduct Duct Cleaning reviews (1516)

Hi, I called in for Duct cleaning and they agreed to clean the ducts, Furnace coil, AC outdoor coil and also two dryer vents for the price of $400. After coming one of the dryer vents goes via the attic and he does not want to clean it and was asking for $150 just to go to the attic to clean the dryer vent which is part of the package that was originally agreed. Also, it was agreed to clean the AC coils in the outdoor unit. This was also not cleaned saying the temperature was cold. However, the temperature outside was around 11-12C However, the outdoor AC coil was not cleaned and instead, he charged $100 extra finally for going into the attic. So the $400 job ended up as a $500 job where the outdoor AC coils are never cleaned. I would expect them to stick to what was agreed for the amount and not demand once in the middle of the work. It was a rush service too. Think twice before calling CanaDuct for duct cleaning. The floor was also left dirty and I had to clean myself. Canaduct should not be charging excess $100 in order to complete the Dryer Vent cleaning that was originally agreed in $400

I had called Canaduct Duct Cleaning service as I had a clogged dryer vent that has been a problem since January of 2024. This was my third attempt at finding a reliable duct cleaner. From the moment he arrived, I felt at ease knowing that I was dealing with a professional who genuinely cared about his work and customers. He took the time to explain the cleaning process thoroughly, addressing any concerns I had along the way. He showed me all the debris sitting in my ducts for the last 10 years. Gross! The previous cleaners who said they cleaned my ducts, obviously did not (see photos of what he got out of my ducts). My ducts are NOW super clean and my dryer runs efficiently and safely. Another thing I appreciated about Canaduct Duct Cleaning was his honesty. They provided transparent pricing upfront and stuck to it, with no hidden fees or surprises. To be honest, with the level and amount of debris removed, I was expecting to be upcharged once done. He did not! Kept their word!! This level of integrity is hard to come by in this industry (or any), and it made me feel confident that I was getting a fair deal. My husband and I are super satisfied and highly recommend Canaduct Duct Cleaning company to anyone who needs this service.

I cannot say enough how grateful I am to have found this company. Its hard to trust the job will be done properly but CanaDuct knows what theyre doing and they take the time to explain it. I have signed up to have them back every 3 years as they may be the only ones I trust with my hvac system now. Thank you CanaDuct. See you in 2027!

Big thanks to RJ and team for their great work! The difference is immediately noticeable, our ducts run way smoother and no more drywall dust from a recent home remodel. RJ is trustworthy, knowledgeable , and meticulous, a great choice if looking for a duct cleaning service. On top of the cleaning, RJ also fixed a humidifier that we were sure we needed to replace. Left the upstairs in a mess. Didnt vacuum properly; left out sever vents until he was reminded. Was given a price of $225.00 for all vents, and then asked for $60 more for 2 exhaust vents which was supposed to be included. Three sprays of sanitization did nothing. Bad attitude too!

On time, except lots of nagging and arguing between the 2 worker which was kind of annoying, other than that clean job performed
