Had a smell coming from the furnace. They did a duct cleaning and furnace cleaning and removed the smell. They were very friendly and professional!

The team from Canaduct Duct Cleaning where very punctual, when we spoke they explained what needed to be done in a very orderly matter. The work was done quickly and efficiently and we were very happy with the service.

Came on time and did a great job. Opted to add some additional items they identified and explained which brought the price up but I was satisfied

Had them do 3 houses for me and the experience was easy and painless. I would recommend them. -IBH

Ask this company for a FULL cost estimate before hiring! They quote their duct cleaning extremely competitive, but then overcharge for all required extra's. They quoted $400 for duct cleaning 2 apartments, then added $400 in additional cost for cleaning 2 furnace/ac coils, $160 sanitation, $50 for two filters, $120 dryer vent cleaning and $170 for condensate neutralizers. Total cost went from $400 to $1300 + HST. Doesn't seem right for one guy and two-and-a-half hours of work. Then when he hands you the credit card machine it only has two options: 10% or 20% tip on top!!! Ridiculous that duct cleaning is costing $500 an hour. Don't hire them!

My HVAC system is unconventional and I had assumed I would need the more expensive service. However, they went out of their way to keep costs down. They did a good job and followed up later to make sure everything was okay. I will use this service again.

It's been a few years since the house's ducts were cleaned, I found Canaduct via a Google search, booked the appointment and am extremely happy with the quality service provided. RJ was very polite and professional. He explained everything that he was to do and took the time to do it right (not zipping through like some other companies do). I am definitely going to use Canaduct services again and have also told my friends and neighbours about then too. These guys are legit and work hard for their customers !

Our technician was punctual, knowledgeable and very courteous. He did a thorough post-construction clean of all the vents, bathroom vents, and dryer vent. He did not leave a mess behind and kept us updated of timing and cost along the way. I have used them before and will use them again!
