They actually showed up early! We are on a crowded downtown street so they managed to figure out parking and were polite and extremely thorough. Thank you to Julian and his partner. Great Job!

The duct cleaner arrived at the planned time and quickly got going cleaning all the ducts. He got them all done in a reasonable time and with very little aggravation to our time! The whole thing took less than 2 hours. He cleaned up and left very little mess. The whole system is now much improved, cleaner air in all the rooms quieter heating/ cooling system. Scheduling was done seamlessly by the office manager. The 2 technicians showed up on time and efficiently did the work and cleaned the vents to remove so much dust. They explained what they were doing in detail. They left a clean work area once the job was done. They are great.

I was pleased by the direct response I received an email back by your customer service rep & by phone. It’s hard to find a worthy duct cleaning company. She sent more info with regards to their company policy etc as well as price quote & other services. My technician RJ I do have to say did outstanding work. Very professional & diligent in his work. He was a one man crew but he was awesome. He needs to be recognized for a job well done. He was courteous & polite. Answered all my questions. Stayed the required time of 2 hours. He did a thorough clean of our ducts & Furnace. I have an air cleaner, he told me to get away from that & replace with a filter you change every 3 months. He checked our humidifier as well as the filter. Gave sound advice to properly use the humidifier in the winter only & change the filter once a year. Very clean & tidy.
