RJ was very careful not to make a mess, he did an amzing job. Have used him on 4 properties.

Was quoted 4010.00 for ac unit installed including ductwork from same company canaduct.com and, at the end, was told I had to pay for duct cleaning because he saved me half HST? In the end I saved 15 dollars not 200! And BTW most 1.5 ton go for 1500..so is it right that a 4 hr job costs the homeowner 2500 plus? I think not. Not happy.

Good service, they came in and got it done pretty quickly and were friendly and polite.

My mother had her furnace maintenance done by someone else few week prior but they didn't have appointments for duct cleaning. She called CanaDuct and they made a quick appointment with an estimate of $250. Juliano & Fitsum were friendly & professional people who did a good job and even offered to check the furnace, humidifer and everything! The surprise to my mother came when she realized that none of the friendly check up was covered in the estimate and she ended up with a bill for almost $600- very hard if you are retired and just paid someone weeks earlier for furnace maintenance anyway. After reviewing the other reviews on HomeStars, I reassured her that the work CanaDuct cleaning did was probably good quality work and also reassured her that she was not the only one who ended paying a lot more than the estimated price, that it was likely not a "trick" but a misunderstanding of what the offer to check the furnance really meant. I suggest that when a worker offers to do something outside of the estimate he tell the homeowner "It will cost about $100 extra, plus parts if I find anything that needs replacing" or something. Otherwise people feel the worker is just being very thorough and friendly by double checking other things (as some companies do) until the bill arrives.

Following a 6-month half-the-house demolition and re-build, the ducts needed a good flushin'. RJ and Jamie arrived on-time and wasted no time. Oh, sure, some dirt and fluffballs were kicked up and poofed out of unexpected places, but this dustbusting duo cleaned everything and were finished in about an hour. Then almost before you can say "where'd they go?", all the compressed air lines and that mighty black vacuum hose went vlooop back into the truck, and the house went back together like at the end of Weird Science. The dryer vents were new, and we opted for no sanitizer, but the inside of the furnace guts also needed some love, so the price was about $100 higher than quoted. See you in another couple of years, Canaduct!

Jamie and RJ did an excellent and thorough job. They were hardworking, friendly, and thorough in their cleaning of ducts, central vac and sanitizing. We highly recommend these professionals and CanaDuct.

Great job done by Canduct Technician. Very friendly and respectful and explained the cleaning process and the tools used. To top it all used a sanitiser that makes the house smell clean and healthy. I would recommend their service to anyone who requires the same service

Phenomenal service! The technicians that came out - Fitsum and Juliano - were some of the best technicians I have ever had. My mother appreciated Fitsum's humility and how respectful he was. Juliano was also very pleasant. They cleaned thoroughly! The reason for the large sum of money was because we had them here for a while, doing a lot of work. We will definitely be a repeat customer to this company.

Juliano and Fitsum did a great job to clean whole house air ducts, furnace and AC coils, dryer vent, with a sanitation in the end . This is the first duct cleaning service experience I received and it was a pleasant one! Glad to feel the air quality difference before and after.
