Of course, while we're on the topic: buffalos never made it over the Bering Ice Bridge during the previous ice age about 10,000 years ago, but their cousins Bison, did. First Nations hunted Bison, not buffalo. Buffalo have NEVER run wild in North America. Our schoolbooks need to be rewritten, about this subject and so many others. I could carry on about so many untruths being taught in Canadian schools, but I digress. History lesson complete. Thanks so much Allan.

Our lead technician Paul Barret, is highly qualified in his role as an Indoor Air Quality Specialist (I.A.Q.S.), and is always pleased to share his knowledge with Canaduct customers. His passion is rooted in his being one of the 12,000 people who didn't die due to the London (U.K.) Smog Environmental Catastrophe of 1952, although his respiratory system was permanently compromised, as he was only 18 months old.

Well Dennis, you were our last call for the day and we NEVER rush. We are speedy, exceptionally well-choreographed and make certain we don't waste a single step, because your time is precious. Our fine honed procedure is the result of almost 2 decades of experience. Oh, and that mark on the wall....? As all our indoor rubberized/plastic hoses remain just that, it is unlikely our technicians were the culprits. Had this been pointed out, they are equipped with remedial cleaning solutions. Interestingly, we've not had the occasion to make use of them yet. Thank you for the review. Cheers!
