Reply created 14 May 2017Dear ConVince: Trustworthy is the most important word I take away from this review. Me mommy and daddy would be 'right proud.
Reply created 14 May 2017Sometimes are prices are lower than the competition, sometimes higher. Bottom line...M.O.R. (Middle of the Road). Snaking equipment is mandatory when companies like ours is NADCA certified. No agitation = no extraction. Canaduct is the best, without a doubt.
Reply created 14 May 2017Dear PellMell: Delaying this service reduces your life expectancy. Don't let it happen again!
Reply created 14 May 2017Well- choreographed , quick, and efficient, so our customers can return to a happy home life. We encourage all prospective customers to do their research on duct cleaning companies. You will find our prices are very M.O.R. (Middle Of the Road). Thank you kindly, for putting your faith in Canaduct, and of course, your wonderful review.
Reply created 4 Jun 2017Wow, John, you got the spelling of my name correct! You are without a doubt a man of letters and it was indeed a pleasure having you welcome the Canaduct team into your home. Live long and prosper.
Reply created 9 May 2017When comparing our pricing with the competition, one should compare "apples with apples." Competing NADCA companies may price their services differently, but the bottom line usually reads about the same...give or take $15 to $20. Sometimes we are more competitive. For example: dryer vent minimum - Canaduct: $50; the other guy: $89. We pride ourselves on modest pricing, are very "middle of the road" in our class, while offering a high-end performance. Thank you for the review and an opportunity to share this with others.
Reply created 9 May 2017Gift cards are mailed out monthly, and Tercio did in fact receive one. Review requests amount to only 3 in number: from HomeStars and Canaduct: 1 email each, then 1 text reminder from HomeStars. Our apologies to any customer who views this as harassment. Fortunately, this is the first complaint we've received of this nature. Oh well, you can't please all of the people all of the time, but you can please some of the people all of the time, and all of the people some of the time - John Lydgate. Our gratitude to you Tercio.
Reply created 4 Jun 2017Thank you Matt, for your valuable input. I'm pleased your said "the cost was reasonable." Obviously you did your research. A few customers express the sentiment that our rates are a bit pricey, but we do our research on the competition and like you, are fully aware that our costs are very middle of the road. Replacing a dryer vent serves 2 purposes: safety and saving money. Glad to be of service!
