    Duct Cleaning

    We bought an older home and realized how much dust was in the house and in the vents so we searched on home stars for a duct cleaner and since Canadian Duct Cleaning got good reviews we decided to go with them. We are very pleased with there work they did an amazing job and were very kind and thorough in explaining everything. They were very clean and took there time to make sure the job was done right.

    Duct Cleaning

    We had Canaduct out to clean the ducts in a house we recently moved into. They arrived as scheduled and answered all of our questions. The previous owners smoked and had a few cats so the house was always dusty and had a bit of a smell to it. After Canaduct finished the cleaning the dust and the smell is gone. We would recommend them to anyone looking to have their ducts cleaned.

    Duct cleaning

    Paul and Noam were very professional, explained everything they did in detail and did a thorough job. Paul suggested changing my humidifier filter and it CLEARLY needed it- but absolutely no pressure. They were courteous, removed their shoes at the door and showed me pictures when they were finished. I noticed a difference in the house immediately. Thank you!

    Duct/Furnace Cleaning

    Fantastic service, extremely knowledgable and did great work. I feel like I can breath normally again in my home. The technician walked through everything with me so I didn't feel like I was just handing over money and not knowing what was actually done. Really glad I used Canaduct Duct Cleaning. They were referred to me by a friend and I would definitely recommend them to another friend of mine.

    Good Job - Add Ons a bit expensive

    **Update based on Response from Canaduct below** You ASKED for a review from me, and I responded with a pretty positive review with a small caveat that the cost was a bit more than I expected and to advise those who would book with you to budget accordingly. You responded with a condescending note about your operating cost. Perhaps you should read the reviews you're being given (including the two beneath me that have the SAME feedback) and take them to heart. Changing my review to 5 stars because the job was done well, but couldn't recommend now to anyone else. Original Review The guys were on time and very pleasant and professional. They did a great job and I'm very pleased with the result. I will say that it seems the furnace cleaning is a bit overpriced and it felt like that should just be included in the cleaning at a price of $250. Same with the disinfectant. Appreciated the diagnostic work though, and would still recommend to another with the caveat that likely you'll end up paying more than the posted price.

It is simply matter-of-fact, with nothing more intended. We stand by the pricing and the facts as presented herewith, knowing that the figures are easily substantiated. Please accept our apologies for any unintended aggravation we have caused you, and look forward to a positive alteration in your review rating as determined by the efficiency of the service performed by our dedicated technicians, as opposed to a “flawed” response. Previously: Well Chris, I agree that it certainly would be nice to include $200 worth of additional service and product at no cost to you. In the real world, however, it is necessary that Canaduct must cover the labour costs of our highly skilled, certified, veteran technicians who insist on being paid as per Ontario Employment Standards as well as the cost of the $125,000 duct cleaning truck. All of which performed the work done as per your expectations. In addition, our services are moderately priced & comparable to the competition, with exception of S....., H.D., and A....., D......, who would have charged an additional $150 over our cost.

    Duct cleaning

    Timely, efficient, professional. First time home owners, first duct cleaning, but can definitely say they impressed us. They showed up earlier than we booked, but called in advance to confirm. Offered a couple small upsell items and services but weren't pushy, gave honest assessment of our needs and when we might require other services in the future. Very clean, polite, and careful.

    Duct cleaning service

    We needed our duct cleaned due to debris blocking airflow. We called and made an appointment, they were able to schedule the work quickly. Paul and his crew were professional and efficient, and they did a good job cleaning up the dust. We would recommend their service to anyone who has similar needs.

    duct cleaning and furnace cleaning

    They made sure that the place was clean, they made sure that the dogs did not go outside, they talked me through the process and any extra that they had to offer. I was satisfied that the house will be in good shape for winter.
