The guys were very punctual, professional and worked hard to complete the job -- our ducts hadn't been cleaned for some time and they went above and beyond to do a throughout cleaning.

Glad to see Canaduct services the Newmarket area, the techs were professional and worked very efficiently, happy with the great service. Very happy and see them again in a few years.

Answered the phone in person, and booked an appointment when it was convenient. showed up on time, and finished on time. Only did the work that was needed, and recommended alternatives when asked. Very good service.

The company came with good reviews on Homestars. Their quote was precise, they arrived within the expected window in spite of traffic. They took care to keep the place clean and they were pleasant to greet and informative about their work. The work was completed in the time frame, the addition of the furnace clean was warranted. In short, they were professional and responsible. Money well spent and a pleasure to add five stars!

Our neighbors had Canaduct over a week ago. They were very happy and recommended them. They were really awesome. The technicians came on time and finished the house in less than 2 hours.

We had recently gone through an extensive renovation in our house, as a result we required the vents and duct in our house cleaned. We conducted extensive research on the website and found Canaduct as a front runner. We looked at their website and learned a lot about duct cleaning. There is also an informative video on their website with their senior technician, Mr. Paul Barrett. We then contacted Canaduct and spoke to a wonderful lady, Lina and made an appointment. My wife requested for Mr. Barrett to clean our ducts. Over next few weeks we were in touch with Lina numerous times to change our appointment as our renovation completion got delayed. Lina was very helpful and pleasant. She re-scheduled our appointments over 5 times and was always nice. We finally secured a date for Canaduct to come to our house. We were worried as we had heard numerous troubling stories in regards to duct cleaning. Our worries elevated when we watched a documentary in CBC market place about duct cleaning companies. The day finally arrived. We received a phone call from Mr. Barrett approximately half hour prior to our scheduled appointment time advising that he was going to be at our house. Mr. Barrett finally arrived at our house. He spend some time with me looking around the house and the furnace. He then explained me in detail what he was going to do and how long each step would take. I advised Mr. Barrett hat we have recently renovated our floors. Mr. Barrett made sure that here was no dust on our floors and he covered the most traffic areas. He was a very pleasant individual. He was very polite, courteous and humble. After the ducts were cleaned. I chatted with Mr. Barrett about humidifiers. Most people would try to sell their humidifiers, where as Mr. Barrett was very neutral. He explained to me what I need to look for and explained that I should research thoroughly before I make a decision. When my wife arrived from work, she could feel the difference in our house. Thinking about the pleasant service I received from Mr. Barrett, I contacted Canaduct to learn about their humidifier installation. I received a call from a technician, Mr. Or Sela. Mr. Sela explained to me about humidifiers at length. He was very courteous and polite. He educated me what type of humidifier I would require and never tried to sell me anything. I advised Mr. Sela that I would be contacting him after my renovations were fully completed and after I have done some more research. That night we realized that the front portion of our house was not getting enough heat. We contacted Canaduct and spoke with Lina. She was very empathetic and made sure that Mr. Barrett would return to our house and check despite of his other scheduled assignments. Mr. Barrett arrived next day with his assistant, Noam. They made adjustments to our dampers and once again spent time in educating me how to balance the air inside the house. Let me be clear to my readers, the dampers were positioned wrong, but Canaduct came and fixed it free of cost! I was very happy with Mr. Barrett and the service that Canaduct provided. I would strongly recommend Canaduct. This is a small reputable company and they stand behind their service.

On time, professional, experienced and did a excellent job.Would recommend and will use again when due for a new cleaning in a few years.

Finished a full reno of an apartment. Had changed the HVAC filter 4 times during the reno so knew the ducts were a disaster. Found CanaDuct on HomeStars and called. Called three companies and their price was the lowest but I had additional work done which brought the price up. Was advised by the company an hour ahead of time that they'd be delayed. Paul showed up with another gentleman and promptly got to work. All vents removed. HVAC system and all ducts cleaned. They vacuumed up whatever excess landed on the floor. Before and after photos showed positive results. Best of all, no damage to the place! Will use them again and recommend them to those looking for a duct cleaning company.
