Great ongoing communications with Lina, via email and on the phone. Mike and Thomas arrived as scheduled, they did a very detailed job as I watched them work. The strength of the vacuum was so obvious with all the noise I heard going through the vacuum and ducts. Great company.

We have just moved into our new home and called CanaDuct to clean our duct work and parts of the furnace. The technicians were very pleasant and showed me the before and after results of the work that they had done. Alex also shared some great tips with me on site for maintenance of the furnace and to improve the heating of the home. It was overall a very positive experience and I would certainly call them again for duct cleaning.

It was terrific that this company offers Sunday appointments for it customers. We are getting a new furnace and Ac installed and required to clean the ducts before doing so. Canaduct technicians Alex and David did a great job and I am happy with the overall service.

Was very grateful for having Lina accommodate my schedule on short notice. I really needed to get the ducts cleaned with all the dust accumulating around the house especially now that we have the furnace running. I called and booked the appointment and had the team of Alex and David to service our home. After getting a lot of telemarketing calls, I was scared of duct cleaning companies. Decided to go with this one based on the reviews. No regrets. Contacted them and booked appointment via email. The administrator, Lina, was great to deal with and helped to accommodate me in re-booking my first appointment that I needed to reschedule on a short notice. Alex and David arrived on time, gave me a call before coming. Nice, courteous guys, didn't try to sell me stuff that I didn't need, gave sound advice. Also cleaned the furnace and air conditioning as. Thanks for a job well done.

I have to commend the professional service of this company. I called upon CanaDuct to quote us on a large home with 5 furnaces. Paul, the lead technician, arrived punctually to offer a quote. As a rather congenial gentleman, we found his demeanor professional and easily developed a working relationship with him. He was very knowledgeable in this field and we accepted his quotation for the work due to his experience and the reputation of the company. On the day of service Paul arrived with 3 teams and 3 trucks, a home of 16,000 sq.ft. obviously requires precise coordination and effective choreography which was performed with ease. In addition, the company owner, Mr. Or Sela, personally service the 4 hot water tanks. The job was completed within about 6.5 hours. Paul also arranged our purchase of a variety of filters. He personally delivered them,then spent time with our family sharing his knowledge on their installation. The clear indication from this company is that customers are held in the highest regard. Our business relationship with Canaduct will continue and I have booked a return visit to our lovely home in about 6 months, to ensure that all is continuing well with our HVVAC systems. Our appreciation extends to all the technicians for a job well done, and of course, Lina for her very personable customer service. Great work! Bravo!

Their availability on short notice was great and Lina was very helpful and friendly. Mike and Thomas serviced our home and my wife was thrilled with the conduct and professionalism of these two. The both of them worked great and delivered a top quality duct cleaning service. I was very pleased with the work that Paul and his partner had done in my home. It was professional,with experienced technicians, and up to date equipment with a very powerful vacuum truck . I was glad that I went with this company rather than using one of those telemarketing companies that call. They did a fantastic job and a very thorough cleaning.
