Top notch service and very pleased with the technicians. Paul went above and beyond his scope of work when he saw that I had a basket filter for our older furnace and formulated a way that now I will be able to use proper media filters that will sufficiently improve our air quaility. I was impressed with the cleaning details of the furnace and the duct work in our home by CanaDucts technicians I recommend this company.

Paul and Jamie arrived on time, were friendly and utmost professional. They pretty much achieved what I asked for...which was a proper duct cleaning as well as cleaning our chimney, furnace and Ac coil. Paul and Jamie arrived on time as scheduled. They seemed to be knowledgeable, insightful and experienced technicians, courteous and professional. Like most furnace technicians, Paul was not familiar with our older Gilson Hermetic furnace (affectionately known to afficionados as an Octopus because it comprises an octopus of ducts) but he figured it out pretty quickly (quite simple really). With his expertise I received an effective and accurate cleaning. The customer service in all areas (Lina on the phone, Paul and Jamie on the ducts, was excellent.
