    Fixing clogged kitchen sink.

    Drain had to be augered. He also put in an access and replaced some pipe.

    Plumbing consultation

    Wayne came to the house to review a situation we were having with a toilet. Not only did he resolve that situation, but inspected the entire house, leaving us with invaluable advice.     Replace bathroom toilet

    The work was fine the gentleman was a gentleman,but doing my own research showed that I possibly paid up 300.00 more than I should have. Totally my responsibility because I didn’t get quotes and needed the job done fast.

    Plumbing repair

    Hot water leak. Had to replace valve. Broken valve inside heater. He got it done. All good.

    Install kitchen faucet

    Install kitchen faucet and inspection of home plumbing. Very helpful with determining features for insurance purposes.

    Plumbing repairs in the kitchen.

    We had a new dishwasher installed about a year ago. The other night a hose popped off and the washer drained into the cabinet under the sink. The Gentlemen Plumbers came out to help. Turns out the new dishwasher was connected to the pipe with a hose that was too small for the area it was connected to, so naturally it popped out over time. Gentlemen Plumbers replaced to pieces under the sink, reattached the hose. Work is guaranteed for a year.

    Unclogging master toilet

    Sam lived up to the name “gentleman” plumber. He arrived on time (a bit early!), explained the service, showed me the pricing, listened to what we had previously done and then got to work. He stopped to explain each step. He also solved the problem and tried to save us money along the way. I would definitely use him again.

    Insurance assessment

    Our Tech that came out was amazing, very thorough, knowledgeable-giving us educated feedback, and upfront. My concern was my original appointment was told they would arrive in 1/2hr to only get a phone call to reschedule. The next day the tech didn’t come is the specified time due to travel required to get a tool to complete a job I asked, only in the end not use it because it was not disclosed to me at the time of my call to make the appointment that these test are extra services that “may” have additional fees associated. My rating would have been higher if there was clearer communication from the phone service-Our tech Adam was great!
