Free home inspection cost me a $1200 Trane only 9 year old furnace motor due to being dusty with spots of oil was a safety concern to tenants which should have been under warranty which was inspected A1 Chesney in August 25 stay away never use these guys I've been dealing with Barb at customer service and technician Andre last couple of days on working to receive a refund through warranty towards blower motor and a more through inspection on furnace which initially these should have been noticed by previous 3 technicians sent out. Flavien was the one that came to our house. He was professional and personable. We had a leak under our kitchen sink and he solved the problem efficiently. He also checked the rest of the household plumbing to make sure it was in good working condition. We were very happy with the service and would definitely use this Company again in the future.
