    Faucet repair

    Chris was friendly and showed very clear estimate. Great customer service and his skill. Best Plumbing company ive used so far.

    New circuit added, new doorbell installed, plus miscellany.

    Chris was friendly and jovial, but professional without a fault. He answered my questions with patience and clear answers. A problem arose which was going to add huge costs and headaches to the doorbell project. He suggested an alternative solution that got rid of all the headaches and a great deal of the cost. He exuded competence. I couldn't have asked for better service.

    Installed designated 15 amp breaker, including a 15 amp receptacle for the hot water tank attached

    We were very happy with Deans electrical service for our new Hot-water tank. Including answering all the questions, and explaining anything we were unsure of related to the electrical side of our home.

    Electrical maintenance

    Julian was very punctual, also very helpful in explaining some easy ways to maintain or fix electrical problems , he also walked us through other services that the company provided ! Amazing experience. We signed membership.

    Toilet seal replacement and overall service check

    Leaking Hot Water Tank Fix

    The fact that Richard was able to schedule us for a last-minute hot water leak repair shows just how valuable these people are. I wholeheartedly recommend Gentlemen Pro's in Calgary, Alberta.

    Leaking Shower Fix

    Technicians were on time and professional. Logan was thorough in explaining the process they would follow to identify and fix with issue and was transparent on the costs. He allowed for check-ins at each phase of rectifying the problem to ensure I understood and provided different options on how the issue would be rectified. He made sure I was comfortable with the solution before proceeding with the work. Additional checks around the house provided good insight on potential other issues.

    Install new toilet, remove humidifyer

    An appointment was set for the evening in mid July but they managed to arrive for the mid afternoon which was AWESOME!!!! Dave and Chris (sorry if I got your names wrong) were fast, professional and most importantly for me, packed with humour to get through a rather stressful situation. I actually was able to talk to someone immediately to set things up instead of leaving a message and potentially getting a call back in a few days. A detailed invoice was sent which I needed to present to the new owner for proof of completing the work. Customer service was excellent and I even got a Thank You card mailed to me from Ashley acknowledging my existence which is absolutely unheard of now. It was wonderful to deal with everyone at The Gentlemen Plumbers.

    Furnace and Hot Water Tank Replacement

    We were in a bind, and Richard from The Gentlemen Plumber's was a dream to work with. He was punctual, communicated well from beginning to end, price didn't change as the job got more complicated, and his work is beautiful. We will definitely be using The Gentlemen Plumbers again and will ask for Richard.
