    Plumbing leak

    Had a leak in my bathroom sink. They were able to get a service technician come quickly. Flavien came in and answered all my questions and did a great job. Its obvious when you are dealing with someone who cares about their work and job and Flavien is an example of this. 2nd time I have used this company and will continue to do so if a need arises. They are excellent.

    Gentlemen Pro Plumber , Bill and Ashton

    Bill came with Ashton for what I thought was a clogged drain but managed to clear my entire line of old debris( just moved into my new( older) home.! Also put new pipes accessible in my home instead of old corroded steel pipes ! Wonderful work, beautifully done and very professional and pleasant guys!! Thank you so much- I highly recommend Bill and Ashton from Gentlemen Pro Plumbers !!

    Standard Faucet Replacement, Shower Valve Replacement, etc.

    Service was professional and well done. Celina was courteous, communicative and respectful. Excellent service overall! Highest rating for overall work completed!

    Great work from a great company!

    Our plumber Adam did an amazing job installing 2 new bidet toilet seats in our home. He was knowledgeable, professional and very personable! He made sure to explain every part of the process and answered any questions I had. This is our second time using The Gentlemen Pros and we've been very happy each time.

    Job well done

    Install new gasoline for exterior appliances Very happy with response time, workers onsite very professional and courteous, respectful of my home. Worked most of the day for main install coordinated with city to obtain appropriate permit and inspection. Very smooth and efficient process.

    Replacement of Outdoor Frost-Free Tap

    Riley not just replaced the tap I was responsible for breaking, he came up with a solution to move it slightly so I have better access to disconnecting the hose and shutting it off. He was great!

    Plumbing

    Was very impressed with the service from Logan that we received when he came in to fix a leak from our kitchen pipes. He was very thorough and knowledgeable. Would definitely use them again and would request Logan as the tech. Friendly and outstanding service!

    Overpriced

    Representative Chris was very nice, no complaint on his part. Services were overpriced and quotes limited in detail. Approved the work that needed to be done (replace a leaking valve) Did not approve $450 quote to attach two (Chris was not certain whether the quote was for one or two) water hammer suppressors onto our washing machine, and $250 to replace rubber supply lines for the washing machine. Will not call Gentleman Pross back again.
