    Fix a broken toilet

    The refill tube in my toilet was broken. Called GP and told them it was not a rush job overwise they would've sent someone ASAP. Andrew was the service man and was able to fix it in a short amount of time. Once it was over I felt as if I had made a new friend. Within the price was the service charge of $59 for a member. Friendly and excellent service, 5 stars!

    Electrician installed a track light.

    Micheal was very professional, freindly and efficient. He explained everything very well and he paid attention to detail. I am very impressed and my lighting looks fantastic. I am very happy with the service.

    Outrageous pricing

    Prompt and polite. But took two seconds to suggest had to replace thermostat/valve on our hot water tank. Had to be told and shown error code. Said would cost ~1600$. It wasnt the issue. Said it was the blower. Gave 2000$ cost. Suggested replacing 50g tank for 6300$. Had blower replaced for 700$ elsewhere. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

    Basement shower p-trap replacement

    Logan managed to do an excellent job while fending off my overly helpful young g-shepherd & listening patiently to my endless chatter. He took the time to show & explain, as well as a couple of difficult adjustments and awkward access. I won't hesitate to call again when the next stage is ready! Thanks Logan!!! :)

    Toilet replacement

    Had a leak around the toilet. They came out and said that the flange needed to be fixed. as well needed a new toilet... which it would cost $700. I asked for a break down of what I'm paying for but they don't do that just a total price. But I get a 5 year warranty.... After that they wanted to take a look at my hot water tank and said that the hoses were put in wrong but they could fix it for $800. No thank you.Don't recommend them

    Very Happy

    Gentlemen Pro's sent technician Sam accompanied by apprentice David for the annual home inspection and some requested plumbing service work. Both technicians were very professional and personable, and I would be very happy to have either of them back in the future. My mind was put at ease by these excellent technicians getting everything done.

    Rich the Masta and Heidi the apprentice vs. the bowed line of poop

    Rich is a pro and is a great plumbing historian, Heidi will be the same sooner than later. They came in to fight a monster soft clog in our main line out to the sewer and they gave it their all. They eventually conquered the annoying monster that plagued our house. Eternal thanks and hope to see you again sometime.

    Toilet Install & Dishwasher Leak

    Brent and his apprentice Cole came over to take a look at our dishwasher and quickly found that the issue was not plumbing related. I had called the office earlier in the day to ask if a new toilet could be put in if their staff had the time. They made the time and did an awesome job! We always use Gentlemen Pro's and always have an amazing experience.
