    Very helpful and knowledgeable

    Wayne was amazing. He was very helpful, friendly, fast and knowledgeable. We will be using Action Auger again because of Wayne. Over all I was very satisfied with the service I received.

    Hot water tank leak

    Everything was good with the service call we received today. Rick was punctual and arrived in the time frame I was booked under, he did a good job at answering all my questions and concerns about my plumbing and made no messes while he was here.

    Main drain plugged and backing up

    The service was very good today and I was very satisfied. It was great they arrived in such a timely manner. Rick answered all of my questions and did an inspection of the plumbing in my house. It was very good

    Sewer Backup

    Great service and very helpful when a popsicle stick was flushed down our system. The Gentlemen Plumbers came out quickly and were very professional and polite. Would definitely recommend to friends and family!

    Diamond club home inspection

    The diamond club membership is a great monthly program and has been a great for me. Wayne was really good when he came to do my annual complementary home inspection. He explained everything and knew about some small issues I was having and fix those problems. He also changed my furnace and humidifier filters which was great!

    Leak in Poly-B pipe

    Jeff did a very good job today when he came over because of a leak we were having. He arrived earlier than he was suppose to which was wonderful. We talked extensively about my plumbing issues and he was very thorough in his work and knowledge. We even signed up for the diamond club membership!

    Kitchen faucet installation

    There is nothing to improve with the services of Action Auger the Gentlemen Plumbers. I was very satisfied with the service I received from Jeff. He arrived right on time and answered any and all of the questions I had about my plumbing. Would recommend your services.

    Home Inspection

    Action Auger called yesterday (Thursday) to remind us about our complementary home inspection which is a part of the diamond club membership we have. I really appreciated the call and was impressed that they could be out the next day! I was very satisfied today. They came out in the time frame we were told and answered all and any of the questions we had about our plumbing.

    Boiler service call

    I had Kale from Action Auger the Gentlemen Plumbers out to look at my boiler. He answered numerous questions I had about my boiler and about the plumbing in my home and Kale answered them all. He provided me with a quote for a new boiler system. All in all I was very satisfied with the service today.

    Excellent service

    As a diamond club member we receive a complementary service once a year where one of the plumbers come out an inspect the plumbing in our home. I was happy that Jeff answered any questions we had about our plumbing and provided us with a quote to get additional work done. All in all I was very satisfied with the service today.
