    Drain in basement backed up with sewage

    Brian was fantastic! He arrived on time. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and very thorough. He did a great job explaining what he was doing as he was performing the work. It was obvious he takes pride in his work. He was great with my kids and an patient with my annoying dog. Would highly recommend him!

    tap replacement and leaky faucet

    The plumber was polite and explained everything well. I called the gentlemen plumbers because of the name and hoping i would only get the service I required with no up-selling. The plumber first tried to convince me to use his tap rather than the one that I had purchased to match the new decor. I decided to go with the one I had purchased. He then told me that the one i had purchased had a leak and ended up installing his in the end. He also installed shut-off valves under the sink - which I had approved based on his recommendation. I discovered after that this was not necessary because there are separate shutoff valves for every line in our house, located in the basement - a professional would have recognized this? I also wanted a drippy faucet on another sink to be repaired. The plumber suggested the tap or the cartridge needed replacing for 250 to 380 - so i did not bother spending that for a simple slow drip that i could stop if i turn the tap the right way. So overall, i got the tap replaced but the oversell has lead to my dissatisfaction with the service.

    Plumbing

    Had a small leak on a pipe coming out of the hot water tank. Fair price for a late Saturday night callout.

    re-set a toilet, replace the flange and install new shower head

    Completed including a return to the shop to get parts, very professional workmanship. clean up excellent and a clear explain of what was done. Detailed walk through the house inspection completed

    Jared is a rock star plumber!

    I happened to see their truck in the area and had a terribly plugged kitchen sink. When I phoned, they gave me a home remedy to try first which I thought was fantastic as they were trying to save me $. Didn't work, my sink was in need of professional assistance. I called the company back and they had Jared come out to fix it. Never have I seen a fellow work so hard to avoid having to auger the sink which would double the cost. He was kind, considerate and a true Gentlemen's plumber. The final bill which he gave me a senior's discount off of also included a bottle of BioSmart. My husband was thrilled with the bill and I was thrilled with the great service. Thanks Jared!!

    Sewer inspection and augering; home inspection

    Receptionist on phone was very polite, as was the serviceman who came. He did a great job!

    The installation guys were friendly and efficient. I appreciated the thorough free home inspection too.

    Furnace service

    Replacd sensor for stage one and air filter cleaned furnace and was very professional and knowledgeable

    Toilet replacement

    Leaking laundry pipes and inspection on all bathrooms

    Walter and Dylan came in and did what I found to be a timely and clean job. Walter was very "gentlemanly", very personable, and professional and I enjoyed our interaction. I believe Dylan was in training and seemed knowledgeable about the job at hand. Both Walter and Dylan were respectful of our home. I will definitely come back for business when the need arises as well as refer friends.
