    Annual plumbing inspection

    Top to bottom inspection of all the plumbing and fixtures in our 20-year old, newly purchased home, including a camera probe of the drain out to the street. The inspection was included in our Diamond Club subscription at no extra cost. Wayne was happy to explain all the maintenance that we need to do, and identify any potential issues to watch for in future so we can head things off before they become emergencies.

    Bathroom renovation (shower repair)

    The stack had become clogged with hair/debris resulting in the seal breaking between the shower drain and the pipe allowing water to flow down through to the main floor living area. I originally called a local plumber that my landlord used for previous smaller jobs and they were unable to find the actual problem and quoted us an outrageous amount to totally gut and redo basically the whole bathroom. They also quoted a timeline of a month before they could get started. This, being the only shower in the house, was not feasible and so I called around and found the Gentleman plumbers. Richard arrived the following day to assess the job and give us a quote and within a few days they came to begin the project. Our plumber, Richard, was professional, polite, and knowledgeable about his craft and he made sure to explain everything to our satisfaction. He stayed within the price he quoted originally even though the scope of the work changed a bit when he found the real problem after he had begun the job. I would recommend The Gentleman Plumbers to anyone and they will be the first people I call for any future plumbing problems I have.

    Unclogging Kitchen drain

    Great work, super friendly, respectful, and professional. Kitchen sink no longer is clogged! Really happy with the work! :)

    Washing machine drain service

    We thought our apartment complex had a backed up washing machine drain. Brian the technician worked to re create the problem to solve it rather that start the work right away. We were able to determine that it was not the drain but rather the machine, and Brian was able to save us money by not doing uncessary plumbing work. It was greatly appreciated!

    Toilet leak

    Backed up Sewer

    Fantastic, friendly, thorough, and overall great experience! Our plumber did not judge, he was courteous and polite!!! And he did an amazing job!!!

    Water heater

    Walter was great. Explained everything, super clean and made quick work of the install. Very satisfied with our choice to use gentleman plumbers.

    Bathroom

    Furnace service / repair.

    Technician was courteous & efficient and promptly diagnosed and repaired a problem with an older model furnace.

    Replaced kitchen faucet, fixed kitchen sink leak, fixed bathroom sink drip

    They did a great job! Very friendly service, fantastic communication, and reliable work. I would definitely hire them again.
