    Hot water tank installation

    Brian was very professional and efficient. He installed the tank with no issues in a short time.

    New shutoff valve

    Riley came and was awesome. Riley was very informative and polite and very friendly. Explained what he could do and made sure we understood all that was involved in the repair. Riley asked me to come along the free home inspection and told us what was wrong or could be better. Very good at his job even had a good guess at what our dog weigh lol

    Plumbing

    Walter and Andrew have done such wonderful job in the house I was really happy with their work.

    Steam shower drain not draining

    My steam shower (appliance type) had not been draining properly for quite some time. I called The Gentlemen Plumbers and was given an appointment for the next morning. Allan arrived at the agreed upon time. He assessed the configuration of the system, which was not straightforward, and provided me with 2 options. He also gave me the pros and cons of each option. Once I made a decision, Allan promptly fixed the problem and now the shower drains as it did when it was new. Allan then went above and beyond by altering the configuration, so now there is less chance of the problem reoccurring. A experience! Allan was prompt, knowledgeable, professional and personable.

    Clog removal

    Workers arrived quickly. Diagnosed the problem quickly. Quoted a 50ft cleaning but charged more, after I signed for 50ft. Removed “booties” and walked on carpet. After notifying me of their guarantee.

    Drain sink

    Plumber came to fix a poor seal around the toilet. They were very courteous and professional.

    Furnace/water heater installation

    Ryan and Walter arrived in the morning and worked throughout the day. They did a good job on the installation and on cleaning up the site. I was consulted when necessary and kept updated as the work was done. Ryan then walked me through what I needed to know about the new furnace, water heater, thermostat and CO detector. The installation was done two days ago and everything works great.
