I'm very satisfied about the work performed, plumbers were very professional. The reason I'm not sure I would recommend your service to a friend is that I found the cost to be too high.

The boys came over an did a survey of the plumbing needs required in my home. The explanation was clear and polite. There was no pressure to repair them immediately. I am very satisfied that there appraisal was important and was gently brought to my attention. Thank you for a job well done.

Sam was a great plumber and was extremely professional. He was very methodical in his approach to the repair and also was very willing to educate me on why it might have happened in the first place. Sam was very careful with our pets and keeping our living areas clean. On the company side of things, I really appreciated that the office staff was flexible in accommodating a specific time when I could make the appointment. Gentlemen Plumbers is a bit different than other companies - they have set rates for any job. Depending on how long the repair actually ends up taking, this could be bennificial or not to the customer. As with any service, try to do as much prep work as you can so that it will cost you the least (for example, if you find the leak yourself and have them come and repair it, it will be cheaper than having them diagnose where the leak is). But overall, I liked how the company was straight forward, which is often not the case when dealing with a random trades company. The company also provides a complimentary home inspection which was great to have a second opinion for plumbing related items I’ve questioned in my house.

The Gentleman Plumbers worked really diligently and did a great job replacing our very old plumbing (galvanized pipes). They explained everything that they did and were really clean and tidy. They did a great job and I would definetly recommend them to people having plumbing issues.

The crew led by Wayne was extraordinary in the attention to detail, explaining the process and system functions. Very thorough in ensuring everything was right. Late hours didn’t matter to get the job done. Very appreciative of the professionalism and quality of work.
