    Metal Roofing

    Rick was great and very nice. He explained all the different types of metal available. Installation crew was also very nice and did a great job. Price was reasonable. We love our new roof.

    New Metal Roof

    I did not go with the most expensive or the cheapest quote. When John sat down with me, I felt very comfortable with his answers and the price. To help me with my decision, I talked to other customers who had their roof done by you. I am very happy with the roof and had many compliments about it from neighbors. What I'm not happy with is the time frame that it took to finish. In the five weeks it took to finish and only 2 men working, was not acceptable.

    Beautiful Roof at the End

    After two windstorms in January and May this year, many of our roof shingles (about ten year old) were blown off, we had them repaired twice and decided to have a metal roof once and for all. After looking into different metals and a number of companies, we found London Eco-Metal to be the most competitive pricing. The salesperson Neil was knowledgeable and professional. I referred him to two more friends and then we all signed contracts together in May. The preliminary schedule on the contract was approx. mid June. We waited for four and half months and made many attempts trying to get an update. Finally our installation was scheduled in late September. It looked like we got the best team as our roof was more complicated to installed. The team worked in a timely manner, everyone was very competent. Job site was left clean everyday. Now we have the best looking metal roof in the neighbourhood. Overall we are pleased with the roof so far, and hope that it will give us many years of worry-free performance. We do understand the delays as the installation is highly weather dependent. The timely follow ups on the scheduling will make a lot more happy customers See Before and After pictures below.

    Metal Roof

    We used London Eco Metal Roofing on our last home and were happy using them the second time around as well. They were reasonably priced and the job was done to our satisfaction. We would use them again.

    London Eco-roof

    We are very pleased with our new metal roof installed by London Eco. Can't beat the warranty and the product (metal roof only cost 2k more than an asphalt roof with 15 years warranty vs the 55 year warranty with the metal roof). Try to catch them in the off season however, because they tend to get very busy and behind. Roof was installed in 2 days, and they did a great job cleaning up everything.

    New metal roof

    This company, I believe, is going through the growing pains of an emergent company. It took about 3 months from the moment we signed the contract until they finally tackled the job but when they finally did it, they did it right and well, in quite difficult conditions (mid December). So, please take this delay in consideration. Outside that, if you are not in an absolute rush, this company delivers. The sales people were good in explaining my options and what makes them different, they offer a very good price (I took the time to get quotes from other companies) and good financing. All in all, it is a great deal when compared to a best-quality shingles roof (for me it was about 40% more expensive but with a guaranteed lifetime at least 3 times longer). They offer quite a few colour choices and the warranty is provided by an external insurance company - so it does not rely on the survival of London Eco Metal (although I wish them all the best and I think that with the right business decisions they could grow a lot).

    London Eco-Metal offers a good product at a good price

    After many years of problems with leaks due my home having a low-sloped roof, my wife and I decided the time had come to take care of the problem once and for all and to get a metal roof. After researching companies, we ultimately decided to go with London Eco-Metal Manufacturing. Though it took a couple of months after providing the initial downpayment for the roof to be installed, once the job got started, it was completed very quickly and efficiently. My neighbors have been quite impressed with the appearance of the roof. As of the date of providing this review, we have had the roof for two months and everything has been working well.

    Love the roof!

    The price was great on my new metal roof. The workers were done in a few days and left no mess behind. They showed me pictures and explained how everything worked. They were awesome! My only complaint was I needed to replace my bathroom vent and told the salesman this when I signed. He told me I had to go buy a new one and then they would install. Then when they showed up to do the work they brought a new one! I would have thought the salesman would have known this and saved me the hassle of getting a new one. Other than that the experience was great and I would highly recommend to everyone.

    Roof Replacement

    The LondonEco-Roof moves roofing from a consumable material (asphalt shingles) to a relatively permanent structural component of the house. We were expecting to have to replace our roofing before the rated life expectancy of the shingles (as most of our 12 year old neighbourhood has done). The prospect of doing so again in another 10 to 15 years did not make economic sense. The cost of doing the London Eco-Metal roof was considered as i) covering the cost of a conventional (shingle) roof and ii) increasing the re-sale value of the property, in the short term and negating the cost of another roof replacement in the long term.

    Our London eco roof has been the best investment we have made for our home

    We started to look at replacing our roof last year and decided to go metal. For months we research companies and pro/cons of traditional roof vs metal. A friend brought London Eco metal roofing to our attention and a house on our street happen to have their product. I stopped and talk to owner about the roof and he convinced me this was the company to hire. After putting in a call we met with the sales rep and agreed to go forward. The roof took 1 1/2 months longer to get installed than expected but, completed in 4 days total. The company was back logged and installers were in high demand on other jobs. Once it was installed this year it looked amazing and i noticed the difference in heating and cooling! The installers were very professional and worked hard. They explained the process to me and what they were doing. The only thing I would say is the sales rep (was nice and knowledgeable) but, needs to do a better job updating status of job and responding to phone calls after deal is signed. I recommend the company and product.
