Roofers very neat and skilled. Paid attention to details. Job completed to my satisfaction. Hopefully last roof that I will need to install while I live here. House and garage both done.

Had the sale rep. came and gave a quote. The information were very detail and easy to understand. The materials and the roofers came. They did a very good job installing the roof. Noticed some defect on the material and it was fixed right away. After the job was completed, the roofers did final inspection and clean around the property. I'm happy with them and I would recommend London Eco for your roof replacement

VERY POOR communication I was always the one initiating the calls for updates They ran out of product had to wait from May to Sept, only when I threatened to cancel did the product appear in my driveway. Strapping was not installed level, I advised them and now Roof is not 100% level Not Happy Would not recommend

After the constant windstorms occurring in Hamilton and all the times we had to get those shingles replaced, we honestly got tired of having roofers on our head every other weekend. That was when we decided to invest in a metal roof and after a few google searches and suggestions from friends and family we Decided to call London Eco-Roof. Cliff (the salesman) explained everything in a clear and organized manner making our lives so much easier and helped us work through a plan to make us happy. The roofing team did an amazing job as they worked through the days and made sure everything was correct. Overall amazing experience with London Eco-Metal.

Update Jan 9 2018 During the installation I noticed the installers weren't doing the installation as per the contract. I had to contact the sales person and get them to fix it. Which they did. When I got home I found shingles and lengths of the old drip edge scattered all around the house. They scratched the paint on the enclosure of our generator and damaged our satellite dish. I liked the guys that installed the roof but they need to be more careful while prepping the roof for the install. I found debris including nails on my deck and around the house. I also found a used circular saw blade out in our back yard. In addition to the above issues I also noticed scratches on the roof near where a screw was used to secure the roof. The scratches are right to the metal. This is a problem. They had they master installer come out to inspect the roof. He said they were really small scratches that you could hardly see. I found lots of debris in the eaves and several eave trough brackets were disconnected from the house. Still waiting to find out how they are going to resolve the issues. I need a credit to offset the damage caused while installing.

Had roof damage on 10 year old shingle roof form Wind Storm in May 2018. Shopped for new roof by multiple suppliers and both asphalt shingles and metal roof. Favored metal roof for high winds and longevity. London Eco-Metal Roofs build the roof and install it, so now fuss over improper installations. Their quote was competitive and less than others I received. the roof looks beautiful and I have actually had people stop and ask about the roof after they see the results. Happy with sales staff and installation. All round GREAT job.

Neil came and explained the difference of metal roof and how London Eco can provide, how also helped us to decide what style and color will fit our house. He is patient and professional. The work started 3 weeks after. The team spent two days to finish the roof and maintain very clean work site, I have small kid at home, so the safety is very important to us, the team kept the site very well, so it is worry free. We are very happy with the roof. Definitely will recommend to friends.
