Ater the windstorm in June 2017 we decided to replace our roof. We decided on a green roof so we shop around and got in touch with Mark at London Eco Metal. Mark came and got our business. We signed the contract and the work started 3 weeks after. When the roof installers came we were told that it would take 3 days to complete. The roof was completed in 2 days while we were at work. When we came home the driveway was cleared of clutters. You would not have known that there was tons of metal sheets were there in the morning if you were just walking by. We are very happy with our new roof. Our only frustration right now is that, theres a small opening at one of the corner of the roof. Birds made home in it. I phone Mark and he told me to phone customer service. I phoned and spoke to Tammy. She said someone would be out to check it out. Two days went by no one came by so I called again. Same thing again,no one came by. Then I emailed Mark and was told that he would talk to the company. Back and forth with calls and emails. But as of today no one has come by and the problem has not resolved. We are very frustrated and do not know who else we could call to get the problem solve. We are very happy with the roof. But we are very upset of the customer service.

I am very pleased with my purchase of the T-18 steel roof from London Eco-Roof Manufacturing. The installation crew was very professional and finished in two and a half days. The site was left clean and tidy. Several of my neighbours have made positive comments about my new roof and I would recommend London Eco-Roof.

We had London Eco- Metal redo our roof and were very pleased with the entire process from the initial sale to the contractor doing the work. The job site was cleaned up daily, they found a vent problem and told us how to correct it it instead of just doing nothing. The house looks amazing and we could not be happier. After researching and getting quotes from several different roofing companies we decided to go with London Eco Metal. We met with Mr. Fitz first at our home and he was a genuinely nice man with lots of knowledge and none of our questions went unanswered. Our dogs loved him too! The crew of two men and one lady came out on a few of the hottest days of the summer! They were very polite and worked very safely on our home. We are very pleased with the service they provided for us and the beautiful new roof we have on our forever home!

We needed a new roof and our search brought us to London Eco-Roof Manufacturing. We made a call to the company, and a few days later Rick came to our door. Once he explained the benefits versus the drawbacks, we decided to take the plunge. Due to inclement weather and a busy schedule, the sub-contracting company didn't come for a few weeks. But once they did, they performed their work quickly. They lost a couple days to a big rainstorm, but finished soon afterward. It's been three months and so far so good. Thanks, London Eco-Roof, for giving us a great product!

These were just a few reasons why we went in this direction with a London Eco Roof. Not to mention the beautiful design and excellent customer service.

I submitted the following review after the job done last year of 2018 in July. I mentioned a small touch up job hasn’t completed yet. Up to this moment, the job isn’t finished. I urge you to finish it within 2019. If not, I expect you to send me a credit cheque of this unfinished job. Now you owe me, because I paid you in full. I did a research before committing to install a metal roof and having LondonEco to quote a price. They are extremely busy and wait for over 2 weeks to get somebody to call me. I was going to give up this company and contacting other one. One day, I received a call from Neil who is very nice and came to my house for quotation. I still have to wait two more weeks for quotation. I have many questions to ask as I don’t know anything about metal roof and this is a big investment to my. He was well prepared to answer all of my queries and very patient to me. One thing I was struggling is the noise of raining. Many reviews on the internet that the noise is very loud during raining. Surprisingly, it is super quite in the rainy days and I even not notice it. John, foreman and the team were very helpful and professional. I would recommend this company to my friends, even though there is a small part of cosmetic exterior wall work not done yet. I truly believe that Neil would come back to fix it at a later day in this year. Therefore, I leave one STAR for this unfinished work. Overall, I love their work at this moment. I will come back to leave another comment and share my experiences after a couple years.

Clint, the sales rep who visited our home, gave us a thorough explanation on how the installation will move forward and answered all our questions. London Eco-Metal gave us the best price and warranty of all the competitor companies we contacted. The installers worked hard through some extremely hot weather days and cleaned up at the end of each day. Workmanship was excellent. The only drawback to the install was that the skid was not removed from the driveway immediately after the job was completed. But none the less we are extremely pleased with the new look of our house and the roof matches nicely with our brick work. We then opted for new gutters to enhance our home even further with 6’’ gutters that complemented the overall look. Thank you, London Eco-Metal, for a job well done! We would recommend London Eco-Metal and in fact our neighbour was very interested in receiving a quote on his own home after he witnessed the start to finish process, professionalism, attention to detail and the cleanliness of the job site after each day.
