    Metal roof

    Workmanship was excellent,Here when they said they be.Did quality work and cleaned up when finished.Would recommend this company .We had the house and garage done,they stayed the last day TIL work was completed Terry

    Roofing

    New metal roof

    I am glad that London ECO-METAL Inc. has installed a new metal roof on the top of my 17-year asphalt shingle roof in June 2018. It looks so beautiful! I now can cross one item off of my work-to-do list for good. The credit goes to Mr. Drapala, the roofing consultant and Mr. Loewen, the roofer. Mr. Drapala came to my house in November 2017 for an estimate as per my request. By February 2018 he called and visited my home again so that I could sign the contract agreement, in which it stated that the work will start early in June 2018. — And to Mr. Loewen, during his two and a half days working on my roof, it is no doubt for me to say that he is a skilled worker, a best metal roof installer because he knew what had to be done so he did things right on the first attempt, no time to think. For this, he alone, finished my roof in just two and a half days. That was out of my thoughts. So far I am happy with my new metal roof and sincerely thank you London ECO-METAL Inc., especially Mr. Drapala and Mr. Loewen who made it happen.

    Metal Roof Installation

    New metal roof looks great. Installation went as expected. Installation team left the work site clean and i have a lot of confidence that the metal roof will outlast any of the asphalt roof on the market. I can't see asphalt shingles lasting 50 years on a south facing roof.

    metal roof installation

    We were first impressed by the showroom with all the samples displayed and friendly employees. Mark, the sales rep who visited out home, gave us thorough explanations and answered all our questions. London Eco-Metal gave us the best price and warranty of all the companies we contacted. Tony, a very skilled installer, worked hard even through some extremely hot weather, and cleaned up at the end of each day - noticeable to neighbours, who commented on this. The only drawback to the install was that the skid with leftover material was not removed from the driveway immediately after the job was completed. We are extremely pleased with the new look of our house, as well as the assurance that we have a solid, permanent roof over our heads.     buyer beware

    So everything started out ok. Then when they put the metal roof on they didn't have the fascia covering the half round on the ridge and slapped a piece of metal on the fascia to cover it. Looked stupid and i called them to come and fix it. First I was told it was an alternate installation, then i was told it was because my of my roof pitch (4/12).. eventually some guy came and fixed it by pushing the ridge cap down. The crew never cleaned up any scraps, so I am still finding screws, and pieces of metal on my lawn even after major wind and rain, 5 weeks later there's more debris on the ground. When they put the roof material on my driveway they damaged my asphalt. I am still waiting weeks later for them to remove a skid from my driveway NOT IMPRESSED

    Metal roof

    Had my homes' roof done by London eco-metal roof 5 years ago, it is still in perfect condition....I was happy enough with them that I got them to come back and do my garage roof this year. Great product, professional installers. Seems like it will outlast me. Makes me grin every time I see another sucker replacing an asphalt roof with another asphalt roof.

    metal roof

    We have been very pleased with London-Eco Metal Manufacturing. From the initial contact until completion all staff have been very pleasant and professional. Job was completed within the given time frame, as budgeted, with no surprises. Appearance is great and we have received numerous positive comments.

    Steel Roof

    We are very pleased with the look of our new roof. The installers did a great job. We have a small cosmetic problem on a couple of the sheets. I have contacted Eco-metal many times and have not had anyone out to look. Getting a little frustrated with their support service

    Great Roof

    Thanks go to the whole team of great workers. All the workers were polite and very professional. The wait time for the installation was about four months, longer than expected though.
