We had a leak in our roof and needed a new one. After shopping around for asphalt shingle vs steel roof, and understanding that asphalt shingles are not a permanent solution we opted to have a steel roof put on our home. The salesman from London Eco-Roof was knowledgeable and friendly. He made signing a contract with the firm an easy decision. Supplies were dropped off, and our roof was installed with just a few weather delays. The installers were polite and professional. They even came back for a final inspection after the roof was complete. I would highly recommend London Eco-Roof for price, quality, and professionalism. Eight to nine years ago I had one of those medium sized/known companies install a regular asphalt shingled roof. It did not last 5 years until the shingles started flying off. Not that all asphalt roofs are bad, I mean, I've seen plenty of good installations but I did not want to take a risk anymore. In August 2016, after getting water leaks in my second floor, I decided that I'll pay the extra high price of a steel roof for more than one reason: Curb appeal, peace of mind, no deterioration of asphalt therefor longer lasting and cleaner eave-droughts. London Eco Roofs reps and workers were very professional and made things easy to understand and the installation went smoothly due to their excellent experienced people. The only thing that made me tense for a while is the high cost. But I'll suppose it is worth it if I were to put my house for sale.

They were very professional and did the job quickly. As the owners we think it looks great but we are now the envy of the neighbourhood. Highly recommend if you are looking for a new roof.

We were really impressed with the first contact of the company through George. He took his time to explain the procedure and the product to us. He has a great personality. When the workers showed up everything went smoothly and they cleaned up before they left. We love the look of our new roof!

After getting info on metal Roof from several companies, I went with London Eco metal. I did not regret my choice, the work was done properly and on time even in the winter season. I did not hear any noises from the hail of the last fall rains. It looks nice and I have a warranty for 55 years transferable. I really recommend this company for metal roofing.

We knew we wanted a metal roof so after some research we decided on London Eco-metal. The guys were great and still smiling even though they were working on some really cold days. A ladder slipped and broke the outer glass of a window. They allowed us to choose the company we wanted for repair and reimbursed us with no problems. The roof looks great and is quiet, which seems to be everyone's first question. And I love the 55 year transferable warranty, just an added feature if we have to sell

We discovered London Eco-Roof Manufactoring at a farm trade show in Ottawa. A sample of their product was on display along with pictures of several homes of which the company had installed their roofing system. Being in the market for a new roof on our home we were interested and asked for a quote. A very knowledgeable and professional sales representative named Peter came out to our home a short while later, explained the company's entire roofing system concept not only including the manufacturing and details of the product itself, but also the installation process and 50 year warranty as well. Before he left he took some measurements and a couple days later he contacted us and gave a complete quote. We thought we had a very good deal and decided to go ahead with it. The installation crew showed up exactly when they told me they would and wow what a fabulous hard working crew! They were on the job before 8 am and worked steadily all day till well past 5 pm with only minimal breaks. They cleaned up after themselves everyday and when the job was complete I never had to pick up a thing. This polite and friendly group of men were craftsman in their field and their pride was evident in their detail and workmanship. I can easily see why the company is able to stand behind this installation with a 50 year warranty. The new roof on our home looks exceptional and we are very pleased. The fit and finish looks perfect and it cost us exactly what was quoted, not a penny more even though they had to do a couple extras that were not stated in the contract. Our experience with this company has been very good and I would recommend them to anyone.

I contacted London Eco Metal about replacing the roof on my new home and heard back from Richard quickly. He was here within 2 days to work on the quote, and the roof was completed in just over 3 weeks time. Richard was helpful and answered all of my questions and even helped me to pick the roof colour. The contractors who came to do the actual work were great, I was so pleased - I hope that they continue to work with these guys.

The sales man John was very informative, friendly, very good to deal with and explained everything from the beginning to the end of what was going to be done in installing our new steel roof. The installation crew led by Chris were fantastic and worked well together and answered any questions I had during the installation. I highly recommend London Eco Metal roofing for your next roof.
