Sales person was very knowledgeable in product and process. We new generally what we wanted and he was most helpful with style and colour etc. It took a short while to get the job scheduled, but once started, was completed most expeditiously. It is not a complicated roof, but it is quite large. The crew was very professional and worked well together. It was obvious they knew what they were doing. The prep work was completed in a little over half a day and the roof install was complete the next day (a very busy and full day). Very satisfied here and would recommend highly.

We had our roof installed in October 2016 & the whole sale process to getting a quote was very quick & professional, the year before I installed their product myself on the roof of my garage & I was sold on the product. When I called to have the house done the quote was so reasonable I could not resist letting them install it, the crew was very professional and tidy! Highly recommended!

The roof looks great and dealing with the rep here and the crew was mostly a good experience. There were a few times when I couldn't get in touch with the rep and also the crew was not always considerate (leaving sharp bits of metal around the house). I appreciated the 0% interest for a year financing option, and there is a 55-year warranty, so I think it was a good investment. Overall, I'd recommend the company and the product.

I like our new metal roof installed by London ECO-Metal Manufacturing Inc. It has nice looking, good quality and was reasonably priced. I like the engineering design of London ECO-Metal Roofing System. A breathable underlayment was applied on top of the existing roof. This membrane prevents water goes down and at the same time allows the moisture escape from underneath. It prevents condensation and microbiologic degradation of the roof structure. A well levelled wood strapping frame separates the meal tile with the existing roof and provides an about one and halve inch gap, which plays an important role to buffer the existing roof from the changing environment. These lay out of the roof structure will effectively conserve energy both in the cold winter and hot summer. The metal tile and ridge venting are well manufactured with corrosion resistant galvanized steel and has excellent looking. I believe I will enjoy a peace of mind provided by this metal roof installed by London ECO-Metal Manufacturing Inc. for years to come. At last, I would like to acknowledge the sales manager Mr. Heaney. He is very knowledgeable and very accountable not only when the contract was signed but also offer prompt help during the installation and for the follow up. His great service is highly recommended.

I was very impressed with London Eco Metal Manufacturing Inc. The salesman John Drapala was very good to deal with and very friendly. John explained everything from the beginning to the end of what was going to be done in installing my new steel roof. John explained everything very well. The installers were fantastic. Chris was the supervisor and very good to talk to and he answered all my questions very well. The guys worked very well together and did a fantastic job. I was very happy with this job.

This was a great experience....The guy that gave us the quote was awesome, very professional.. The guys that did the roof were also very professional, they worked together as a team. I spent most o of the day watching them work, there was one little thing they did that I didn't like so I ask the supervisor if they could change it . I went for lunch came back and it was changed. Would recommend this company to anybody who needs a new roof. Ron
