I hired London Eco-Metal Roof to replace my existing roof this past autumn and very please with both their price, service and final product. This company was prompt and professional from start to finish. Initially, I had difficulty deciding on color for my roof from the provided color samples. An Eco-Roof staffer went out of his way by coming into work on his day off to open his showroom to allow us to view some actual roof samples. Installation of our roof was completed in a timely manner and with no hidden surprises. Our roof is only a couple months old but so for we are very pleased. Would definitely recommend

Love the roof. Install was completed by sub contractors. From the start this did not go well. Nails and metal chunks all over including the drive way. Cigarette butts also everywhere. My yard is not an ash tray. Informed salesmen the 1st day as kids play in the yard. Nothing changed. I continued to have to pick up debris. Had to get my own magnet to remove debris. TOok pictures each time and sent to sales men. He said he would take care of it but nothing happen. Overall fit and finish was not good. Screws over-tightened along with other obvious rooky mistakes. In the end, they fixed it as best as possible and gave me a few hundred bucks off after I complained. My real issue was it took months to get it fixed and only after I refused to pay until the work was done right. They even threatened to put it too collections prior to fixing obvious mistakes. Roof looks nice, but a not so good experience getting it on. Would not recommend due to lack of respect to my property and salesmen did not come through. Very poor customer service. If you do get a roof from these guys, make sure it is in your contract to not have a subcontractor used as an install.

salesman-kham- was very professional,polite,patient and knowledgeable materials delivered promptly and color and quality as promised. workers punctual, courteous and hard-working but they need to provide some more pics of the job as it progressed,because the we are not allowed to climb the roof to inspect by ourselves- especially the cleaning up of the eavestrough. also a bit pricey

The product is wonderful. Well made and attractive. I was not pleased at all with how things looked after the install. The valley seam at the front of our house was not flat and full of waves. I called and complained so the installer came back out. Imagine my frustration when I saw him up on the roof jumping up and down on the uneven parts trying to flatten it out. I told him never to set foot on my property again and called the company again. After this episode I took a better look at things. The cleanup was terrible. The gutters had lots of screws, nails , roof cuttings and debris left in them. They are not expecting the customer to get up and look. They rush through the satisfaction survey and off they go. Then I went up inside the attic and found the roof vents seams had not been cut in the membrane. Once again they were not expecting the customer to check. After telling the service manager my concerns he sent out the service rep as I was determined not to let Kurtis the installer ever back to our place. Sure enough he came down with a whole pail full of installation debris out of the gutters. Then they took off the vent caps and cut the membrane like it shows in the video. Then they straightened out the valley and vent cap installations. Before leaving they also installed bird guards on the vents after taking out a couple of bird nests. Finally things were as promised but the fight left a very bitter feeling towards this company. The salesman promised the moon when they were trying to get my money. If the product isn't installed correctly it doesn't matter if it is good quality or not.

Converted a home previously used as a cottage into a 4 season home with addition of garage, mudroom entrance, remodelled master suite and new roof. Added concrete driveway and renovated bathroom to include main floor laundry.

I am verry pleased .I wish that I would have done it sooner,I will recomend it to my friends and my neighbours and family,I thin that it looks great.I am pleased. John.

My london Eco-metal roof was a great investment. The crew did a excellent job and I recommended the company to friends. They did a good job of cleaning up when finished. Thank you to my sales rep. Heven was very helpful and friendly.

The entire process was excellent. From the onsite sales quote to the office support staff to the installation crew, everyone was very helpful and friendly. Once the crew started the installation it was done in two days and the finished product looks great. The crew did have a small bit of damage to our property but the crew leader brought it to our attention immediately and took care of fixing the issue above and beyond our expectations. We would highly recommend London Eco-Metal Roofing if you are looking to install a metal roof.

The sales people were knowledgeable. Pleasant work crew showed up when they said they would and finished the job in time predicted. I am very pleased with the overall outcome.
