We love our Eco-Metal-Roof. It looks awesome. It increases the value of our house. Our house stands out among other houses in the block now. We think this is the best investment we ever made. We are very pleased with the look, the quality & the workmanship...the screw is in every 5" (distance) on each panel. This is called "strong". Lot of our neighbors stopped by asked questions. Most of their questions was about the noise when it rains. We said absolutely not! The only downside was that we waited 2 months after signing the contract for the installation. But It is worth it! We even referred them to my daughter & son-in-law. They are very happy too.

Two years ago we had London Eco Roofing roof two large and one small building at our Lake Simcoe property. In 2016 we had the final two buildings comlleted by the now London Eco-Metal Manufacturing firm. We were delighted both times with product and installation crew. This time the representative was less than capable but the installers were great.

We had a metal roof installed on our 2 1/2 storey house by a great team from London Eco-Manufacturing Inc. The team was very professional, courteous, fast and friendly!! They worked very hard, with snowy, cold and windy conditions and still did a perfect job showing up on time every day they were here! Part of the job was the installation of two skylights - one of which was very large and heavy and they did an excellent job! They were also very courteous with our neighbours. I can't say enough about this company with the team that we had, the great added value to our home, and the price compared to asphalt was not a deterrent for us. I highly recommend this company and this team.

Really happy with the service from Chris and the quailty of the workmanship and product and completed roof. Richard Mitchell the sales person showed me different products of roofing and said its forever. Really happy with the end results. Keep up doing great work in your field. Contracted London Eco-Roof last year and they completed the job without any problems. Although the project was done while I was on vacation I would recommend them to family and friends.

***initial review*** I contracted LondonEco Roof back in 2015 to install my roof for a 1700 sqft home in Woodbridge, Ont. I especially told Kham ( the sales rep ) that I want the valleys to have straight cuts and I showed him a picture on how "not to do it". I was assured that yes, that installation i have in the picture is wrong and it will not be like that. I waited and when the crew came I took a day off. They started working and when I saw that they cut the valleys too short, I escalated to Kham. Kham had an inspection coming next day and the old crew was gone and it was replaced with Robert's crew. Robert's crew was very very knowledgeable and you could see that he knows what he is doing. He had the main guy a polish guy who was excellent. In the end the installation was finished but the first fiasco left me with doubts. I had to email a lot to get the warranty and the booklet with discounts for referrals. I used 2 referrals for 2 of my friends that I recommended and I haven't heard from them at all. It is sad that a company would chose to ignore their customers after they got the money. I am still waiting for the referral rebate for 2 other customers and frankly speaking I doubt that this review will make it happen, but i still have hope. *** Update - Homestars reviews work*** Kham contacted me a couple of days ago , he apologized and he gave me a cheque for the 2 referrals. I would recommend to the company to introduce a post installation email customer satisfaction survey ( 6 months to 1 year after the installation) to ensure that if there are issues that are unresolved, they can pick them up and deal with them in a timely manner. This will avoid the negative reviews due to unresolved issues. As I mentioned, the product is excellent, the second installation crew was great. So good product with good installations, wrapped in good customer service is the recipe for success. Absolutely an amazing company right from the start. George, the sales guy, was friendly, respectable, polite and willing to answer all our questions. The work crew were the same. They came early...before the material was even delivered and ready to go. They worked hard and were very polite. Overall, an excellent experience. I would highly recommend this company to anyone thinking of putting a metal roof.

happy with installation but sales staff needs to sharpen up were told 6 to 8 weeks alot of calls still took 13 weeks with a lot of waiting for crews and phonecalls unreturnedwhy is my review not posted??
