good design, the roof looking good, just one small section need to be fix and the company did promise to get it done. The price is competitive. just have a major rainstorm and no leak

We had used London Eco Roof a few years ago to replace the aging shingles on our older home. Since we had no desire to move and were both in our 30s, my husband and I decided to go with a metal roof. We liked the fact that we never have to worry about re-roofing again. When we built our addition this summer, we had London Eco Roof come in to put the roof on the new part of the house. Our neighbours have commented on how seamless the transition is. It looks stunning. They have been responsive to our concerns, and we would have no hesitation about recommending them to anyone. Their installers were the fastest crew I have ever seen work.

The representative from the company came to our house. Was very nice, the price he quoted us was very reasonable and he was very Knowledgeble . After 6 weeks the crew came they were very efficient and did the job in just one day. We are very pleased with the whole process

Have a serious issue of trust with this company. They have installed metal roof on my house in Georgetown, ON. When negotiating the deal my sales guy (Hakim) he advised me company has referral program, where if I refer new customer to them and they end up selling him new roof, I will receive $250 referral check. So, I provided glowing reviews to my neighbor down the street. We had several discussions with him got him up to see my roof up close and personal, answered all his questions, quality and price concerns. In essence In essence I did 75% of the sales job. At the end of our last meeting I provided him with Hakim's contact info. Based on my strong recommendation my neighbor decided to go with London Eco-Roof vs. couple other companies he was seriously considering. I contacted Hakim and he assured me he'll be processing the paperwork and I will receive my referral check within 2 weeks. This was almost 2 months ago. No check has arrived as of today. I called their office directly to follow up and was told Hakim has just left the company and no one seemed to know where my referral check is. Ended up talking with Dona and she assured me she'll take care of it and I'll be getting the check shortly. That was more than 2 weeks ago. As I said no check arrived. Tried calling Dona and left her numerous messages. She never returned them. Got a sense the receptionist answering the phone is hiding her. As soon as I give my name immediately Dona appears to "not be available". My original good opinion about this company has changed on 180 degrees. I cannot stand people bailing on original commitment. As far as I am concerned if it was not me London Eco-Roof would have never sold metal roof to my neighbor. As a result of the sale company made over $20,000 from my neighbor plus the money they made on my roof. And now they are doing everything they can to avoid fulfilling their own commitment by trying to avoid sending the $250 referral check?!?. Waoooo.....this is what I call cheap! And totally failing customer's trust. I will not longer recommend this company. I will tell all my friends and neighbors asking for referral (I get people walking or driving by my house asking me almost weekly ) about my bad experience with London Eco- roof. Have a feeling as a result this company will lose much more than the $250 they decided not to send me. Update: Nov. 17, 2016 Surprisingly (and likely as a result of this post, - thank you Home Stars) Dona from London Eco Roof called me couple days ago. She apologized and promised to send me the referral check they promised so long ago. Check arrived by courier last night. I do believe, I should not had to go through all this trouble for months. Just to get the company honor their own word. With this, I consider this issue now closed.

Very satisfied with the end product and will not have to worry about our roof for a very, very long time! Based on the quotes we obtained, our cost was approx. 1/3 additional to an asphalt roof - so very worth it in our opinion. Furthermore, this has added great comfort to our attic space with the additional layer of airflow. We did have some complications with multiple crews showing up and a stalled start date. Additionally, because the office seemed hands off for our job, we felt we had to manage the crew ourselves. Overall, we are very pleased with the end product and would recommend London Eco-Roof. Adds great curb appeal and peace of mind.

we needed a new roof and i had been searching for an ashphalt alternative when i met Joe at the GrandBend flea market ,he interduced us to metal roofing ..that was the summer of 2015 ,the following year i called Joe for an estimate, he came right over gave me an estamate for 20,000 and left it at that, i called Joe in about 5 weeks for a review,he came over again and did another estamate ,this one was 24,000$ yikes!!!!!! he asked me if that was near the first one ? i told him no , it was around 20,000$ joe said ,"ill go back to the office and review the records .. later that same day Joe returned with a phone call telling me that an error had been made, the estamate was acually 18,000, he said he had made a mistake in the measurments and he was pleased to tell me that the job would cost 18000$ needless to say ,I accepted. three days later the crew showed up ,five days later it was complete . we are very happy , the crew was polite and cleaned up the site the following day. well done , I would highly recommend your company to everyone.. sincerly Al Lloyd

Very good improvement to exterior of home, outlasts shingled roof, cost will be less over years. Transferable warranty to new owners,nice selection of colors, workers very pleasant did a good job.

Our London Eco-roof was installed last year. The roof installation was done very well and the roofing materials appear to be of the highest quality. The result is just a very beautiful property, greatly enhancing our heritage stone house and adding market value.

I was pleased with the workmanship and I he quality of the product. The house looks great and i am that it will last longer than shingals. The crew that came to the house were great! Thanks
