    Metal roofing

    My experience with this company was great ! Timely management and customer satisfaction was good !John was a great salesman ,he represented the company in a good manner , the contractor was great and did it professionally I have asked for some repair of small dent and they did it promptly with professionalism The only cons they started the work 3 months after the agreed start date it might be due to shortage

    ROOF

    Had a metal roof, applied, and am very happy with the work done!!! Workman was fast, efficient, courteous .

    Disappointed

    We have been dealing with poor communication and terrible service with tis company from the beginning. Now, 5 months since the job started, yes our roof is finished, however were still finding metal pieces all throughout our yard, and damage that was done during installation has still not been paid for. I was told that they would take care of paying for the repairs and even though Ive submitted receipts twice, its been two months since the receipts were submitted and the company, once again, has zero communication. I understand that there can be mix ups and mistakes, but for there to be little to no communication throughout the whole job, for the workers to just leave our roof half finished and disappear for weeks at a time without even a call, and now for them to not follow through with paying for damage, speaks to more going on than just a one time mix up. Even though our roof now looks beautiful, what are the odds that a company like this will be there for us if or when we have an issue and are hoping to rely upon the warranty.

    Warranty does not cover engineering/design

    Don't use this company !!! Eco-Roof installed a metal roof on our 3000 sf home in 2011. Shorty after a major flaw was discovered. The design allowed for large gaps between the ridge caps and the metal roof which is an ideal location for birds to nest. The problem has become worse every year as more and more birds discover this. We contacted Eco-roofing several times and they refuse to look at the issue and blocked our calls. They stated that even though it is a very poor design they only provide a warranty on materials and workmanship. We are now faced with the most likely scenario of removing and replacing the entire roof. Very frustrating dealing with this company!!!

    Metal roof installation 2 storey home

    I had a complete metal roof installation the past May. They did a great job. Looks amazing. Very satisfied with their work.

    Metal roof

    What a great team product was here in two days, followed by the roofers who were fast friendly courteous always kept my property clean and tidy; and most importantly my new metal roof looks amazing

    Metal Roof by London Eco, exactly what we expeted

    We selected London Eco to do a metal roof for our house in Scarborough, ON, because they manufacturing their material. The roof was installed last year, but we waited to pass some time, particularly winter, to post a review. London Eco assigned an representative, to be always available during entire process of negotiation, material and colour selection and installation. She was so handy and helpful and she always resolved any request literally immediately. We selected largest metal sheets available and TERRACOTTA red colour, so our house got an European touch. The installation took less than 2 days, as workers were well trained and metal sheets were large (end to end). They left no any abounded leftover of materials, nails, etc. around the house. A fully professional and clean installation. My family has noticed a significant temperature stability, during cold and during warm days, which results in some energy saving. We have never noticed any increased noise when is even heavy raining, as some people suggested against metal roof. London Eco gave us a 55 years warranty, so we do not have to think about a roofing until year 2076. Thank you London Eco.

    Very professional

    Just met with Dave. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. Made me comfortable with making such a big purchase. I'm looking forward to my install.

    Great, but problems

    The materials are great quality, and we're very happy with the finished product overall. They also got the job done quite soon, and we're quick about it. There were a few problems though. For starters, there were nails, screws, and sharp jagged pieces of metal all around our house. Literally over a hundred. This was, and is, quite scary for me, as I have two little kids. We tried to clean it up ourselves, but we still find some now and then. There was also A LOT of roof debris left all over the place, and we have no idea how we're going to clean it all. We were told my them that they would be in touch with us about this, and that never happened. We also got a thing in the mail saying we could get $50 for submitting a review. I did that process, and never got the $50. I contacted them a few times, and have been ignored. Overall we're very happy with the finished product and the timing, just those other things kind of put a bad taste in our mouth. We would still recommend though.
