From the beginning when we met Cliff at the Ancaster Home Show to the in home presentation and quote process there was never any sign of high pressure sales that you often get from other companies. All of our questions were answered without hesitation. Being a Canadian company using Canadian made materials was a huge factor along with price in making our decision to choose London Eco-Roof for this project. We have had bad results with asphalt shingles even with the so called warranties. The installation team was fantastic from start to finish especially doing the job in March 2014. They came back after all of the snow was gone to do a final clean up, couldn't be happier. Then to our surprise a company rep came by with a helper to do a final inspection and correct any problems that he or we found. The house looks fantastic and we feel well protected with the product and the warranty. Great job from a great company. Thank you Della and Peter Grosvenor

Extremely impressed with the professionalism and workmanship from Cliff and the installation team.Cliff took the time to come out twice to explain everything.Metal roofs are not as expensive as everyone thinks (had 4 other traditional shingle quotes).The roof was done in 3 days.Clean up was awesome-NO SURPRISES!. The installation team were very punctual,pleasant and their team work was awesome.Our roof looks fantastic!! Thanks guys!!

After getting some quotations from other roofing companies and comparing the cost of shingles against metal, we decided to chose London Eco-Roof to replace our existing roof. Thanks to Cliff for helping us understand the product and it's benefits. The crew are very professional, they did a good job despite the bad weather and Christmas! Everyone loves our new roof.

I am very happy and pleased with my new roof, looks wonderful. The workmen were great, addressed all of my questions and concerns. The work was completed in a timely fashion considering the cold weather conditions we had in December 2014.

What a great company to deal with! Cliff my salesman spent time assessing my needs, thoroughly explaining the product and the process, the crew were knowledgeable, profesional, and despite a record breaking cold February did an outstanding job on the roof and the clean up afterwards. Being tired of replacing shingles every 10 years or so, I looked into metal roofs. The first company I called for a quote did not even show up for the estimate. Then I called London Eco-Roof and the salesman Gord was very knowledgeable about the product and installation and the quote was reasonable (only 50% more that the quotes I had from a couple of other traditional shingle installers). After talking to 2 owners of London Eco Roofs in my area, (both of whom were very satisfied with their new roof) I signed the contract and am very happy with the metal roof they installed. There was some confusion on the date of the actual install but the crew that arrived in October 2014 were friendly and professional. They completed the installation efficiently and left the work area tidy when done. The roof looks great and is not noticeably noisier than the old shingle roof. One note: The pattern of metal I selected was called Bingo - it looks great but it makes it very tricky to walk on the roof without stepping on the raised part of the metal pattern. If you step on the raised part of the metal pattern it will dent - there were a few small dents where the installers misplaced a foot. I hope it lasts 50 years or more but even if it is only 30 years it will be very cost effective.

The crew are very professional, they did a good job despite of a bad weather condition and they remove all excess materials prior to installation.

After extensive research we chose London Eco Roofing, to replace our existing poorly installed metal roof that leaked. We had to wait longer than originally indicated for our new roof, but once installers arrived, it progressed smoothly. The installers dealt professionally with a problem we encountered when existing roof was removed. However, this was remedied very quickly. The work crew were friendly, polite and well organized despite poor weather conditions. Our house is now warm, leak free and looks amazing. We have received many compliments from family, friends and neighbors. We would certainly recommend London Eco Roofing to anyone needing a quality aesthetically pleasing new roof. We have rated the project 4 out of 5 because we would have liked to have received updates or better communication from the company while waiting anxiously for the job to be started. Otherwise an excellent job.

I was very impressed with the friendliness and professionalism of the installation crew. They took the time to show me what they were doing each step of the process. They made sure that my yard and driveway were completely free of debris following completion of the work. I compared three different companies, and found London Eco-Roof to be the best value.

My new metal roof looks beautiful. It had to wait a little longer than I wanted to have it installed, but once the process began it moved relatively well despite bad weather conditions. It would have been nice to have updates, or better communication from the company while I was waiting. The owners are extremely nice people who very much value your input. The installers were very professional and worked hard!
