The service was great and the quality of the roof is amazing. The installation was done quickly and professionally. If you had any issues, the staff were quick to assist and resolve our concerns. We will definitely recommend this company to our friends and family.

In November 2014. a team of 4 men expertly and professionally installed our roof. They were punctual, very pleasant, well organized and knowledgeable about the task at hand and clean. The roof was installed quickly without any delays except for severe cold temperatures and wind gusts. Our house looks terrific. Please see attached picture. Winter works program - sales staff were great with answering questions and concerns. Small issue during installation, but was handled immediately, and look forward to a final inspection. Overall great work during this winters cold temps.

Decided to replace our existing roof with a steel roof did lots of research and decided to go with London Eco Roof and they didn't disappoint, Roof looks great happy with the product despite being done in record breaking low temperatures. There was a couple of minor cleanup issues, but really in -25 degree weather I can't blame them too much.

We checked several different roofing options. The salespeople for London addressed all our concerns and presented us with a financially sound proposal. The installation crew arrived as scheduled and had the roof in quickly. We experienced a cooler home last summer and a warmer one this past winter. The roof withstood some pretty violent rainstorms and has been perfectly sound all winter. The 55 year warranty provides us with assurance that this performance will continue.

I was very exited to have my new steel roof go on which was done exactly when they said it would be. We are very satisfied with the quality and the workmanship. There were a couple small issues that were dealt with very professionally. My complaints were minuscule but dealt with as a major problem. i would recommend this company to anyone needing a roof. The reason I gave a 4 star and not a 5 is I was told I would receive before and after pics of the job but did not. Thanks London Eco Roof for the great roof.

After getting multiple quotes, we chose London Eco Roof. Although it has not been on too long, we are very happy with our roof up to this point. After comparing many styles, we like the look of London Eco Roof. The salesman Kham was very friendly and the crew that came from Quebec to complete the job were very hardworking. We would definitely recommend to others.

Our roof was replaced in June 2013 by London Eco-Roof. The job itself was good but we were told by Peter, their sales representative who we signed our contract with, that their company offered an incentive of $100 for each referral that leads to a sale. We recommended 2 neighbours who had their roofs replaced shortly after ours. We followed up with Peter as well as with the company via email and phone regarding the referrals, but we did not receive any response. This is why we gave the company 1/5 stars for recommendations for friends and family.

Professional start to finish, from the estimate to the finished product. Expectations were set early. Crew leader answered all questions and kept us informed throughout the job. Extreme cold didn't stop excellent work. Overall, very impressed.

We are very pleased with our new roof, looks wonderful. The workmen were great, addressed all our questions and concerns. The work was completed in a timely fashion considering the adverse weather conditions we had at the time.
