    Home Inspection for Rental Property

    Terra was great to work with. She diligently went through the whole home and pointed out anything of concern and answered all my questions. Highly recommend contacting Accurate Home Inspections.

    Inspection prior to home purchase

    Terra was very knowledgeable and professional. She sent us our report the same day of the inspection and she was available to answer any questions we had. We appreciated her ability to schedule a home inspection very quickly and we would highly recommend Terra!

    House Inspection prior to purchase

    Friendly, direct service. Very direct and very quick to respond, was able to schedule inspection almost immediately. Did a throughout inspection into every part of the house, getting into the 'guts' and seeing many things that would be classified as small/minor but was always ready to point it out. Does offer 5 year roof warantee as well as 90 days plumbing warantee with inspection and a handful of other warantees. Sent a detailed house inspection report with suggested work and timelines very promptly. This is also my first home buying so I had no idea of anything but the inspector was patient and shared plenty of handy knowledge and findings.

    Above and Beyond the Average Home Inspector!

    Our experience with Terra was absolutely brilliant. On short Notice, she delivered an insightful, detailed and knowledgeable inspection, further validated by an almost 50 page Report. In less than 3h, she tested every appliance, every faucet, every window, checked numerous other items, etc, to ultimately give us the best advice possible and peace of mind.

    Thorough, thoughtful and came with an "after-care" package

    Our experience with Terra, from first inquiry to post-inspection was everything we never knew we needed. Having only owned townhouse condos, we were nervous about finally owning a detached home and Terra, Accurate answered all of our questions and gave us the details that actually mattered. The inspection came with heat-imaging, appliance recall checks, using a drone to inspect the roof. 3 hours of testing every piece of our new potential home. Furthermore, we are impressed by the support services that go on beyond our 3 hour inspection.

    Home Inspection

    Terra was wonderful to work with, very professional, honest and knowledgeable. She was also able to schedule us within just a couple days and on Saturday which was a huge help with our busy work schedules. I would highly recommend her to anyone and will definitely be using her again in the future.

    Not your typical home inspector

    Having a tradesman as an inspector is a significant advantage. It is not a typical home inspection report where the inspector will read a book about the problem of the house. Terra explains the what, how, and why of the issue. The best part is she will suggest possible options for the solution. You have more confidence in this because she used to be on the other side, on the trades. Chris and Annette

    Home Inspection

    Terra was able to schedule a home inspection very quickly which really matters in a hot housing market. She was very knowledgeable and professional. The report was sent to us the same day of the inspection and she followed-up to see if we had any questions. I would highly recommend Terra!

    Home Inspection
