Terra was an incredible wealth of knowledge for my fiancé and I. We are buying our first home, and her down-to-earth walk through of the house was so helpful. Right off the bat she was organized and thoughtful, and presented us with a file folder full of information, resources and phone numbers in case we needed further help down the line. She had a great attitude that was the right balance between detail-oriented and practical. She had the answers to all of our questions, and was thorough in showing us the background information you dont think to ask about when first buying a home. Cant recommend her enough!

Terra was very organized and responsive to my questions and concerns. She walked me through the process on the day of the inspection ensure I understood what was happening and made herself available for follow up questions afterwards. 10/10 would recommend her to anyone.

Terra was very thorough when she conducted my home inspection, going room by room and taking care to check all the doors, windows, switches and plugs in each room. She also labelled all of the main utility connections with large and easily visible labels, which was a nice touch. I really appreciated how she was able to answer all of my questions in layman's terms that were easy to understand. She also communicated clearly what she was doing in each step of the home inspection and explained her findings as she went along. The report was also very detailed as well. If I were doing another home inspection in the future, I would not hesitate to go with Terra again!

Inspector Dale conducted a detailed inspection of our new home before we purchased it. The inspection was thorough and provided valuable suggestions for maintaining the house, as well as insights into potential costs we might incur. That is worth it before buying a house to inspect the house ahead. After we bought the house, we had a quick question related to the room door. That's accidently was broken (probably that happened after renovation or carpet cleaning), Dale still answered our question.

We have recently been in tough with a poorly built home. We were a bit lost where to start and found Tara/Accurate Home Inspections online.
