    Simply the BEST

    Terra is super professional and knowledgeable. She is the best person to get a house inspection done in Calgary. 100% recommend her. I usually dont leave reviews but its when you get exceptional service and wanted to share a good word is what makes me write this review. Thanks Terra. Keep up the good work:)

    Home Inspection

    Terra was prompt and made time to accommodate my late request for an inspection. Terra took time to answer any questions and also explained the whole process in detail. A couple of value added services like recall checks on appliances, tags for appliance settings and maintenance, detailed explanation of the appliances in yhe mechanical room etc were also nice additions.

    Amazing Home Inspector

    We engaged Terra to facilitate a home inspection on a property we wanted to purchase, purchase was conditional on a favorable inspection. Unfortunately, there were too many issues with the property that resulted in us walking away from buying. Thank you, Terra, for finding all the problematic issues with the property and saving us a tremendous amount of money. We then moved on to another property. This inspection went really well to which this house is now going to be our new home. Would highly recommend to anyone who is buying a home... Terra is your Home Inspector. She provides the most thorough home inspection(s). It was truly a delight to have Terra come in and go into every aspect of the house and explain it all to us. Not only was the inspection professionally done, but we also received a folder to answer any questions that we might have. Highly recommend Terra at Accurate Home Inspections to anyone who is going to need a Home Inspection. Terra U Rock!!

    Extraordinary Service

    Terra was very professional and proactive. At first, she explained everything in details. And she took the time to check each part of the house. In addition, she answered every question with proper technical terms and gave me a plenty of helpful advices. On the other hand, the extra services that come with the Inspection are valuable.

    Townhome Inspection

    Terra inspected our soon-to-be townhome thoroughly! It is only 4 years old, but we still learned a lot about the home by walking around with Terra and investigating all of the plumbing, electrical and the heating, filtration and humidifier systems. Her detailed explanations were very helpful and will assist us in making a maintenance schedule, along with all the helpful documentation provided. Would highly recommend!

    Very knowledgeable

    We are first time home buyers, and were nervous about our first inspection. We really didnt know what to expect. Terra was great at communicating every step of the way, and was able to fit us in with very little notice. Throughout the inspection she offered as much detail as we wanted, and taught us about how our new home works. We felt confident that we were making a good choice with our purchase.

    Single home inspection

    I hired Terra to do a new built home inspection which had suspected water leak due to plumbing issue. She did a thorough job in checking all the corners of the house and explained the issues as she found them. She used her heat camera to look for moisture and found leaky pipes. Over all, I received a very satisfactory inspection report with information package and appliance recall checks.

    Condo Inspection

    Terra was professional, informative & kind over the phone setting it all up. Dale was great during the inspection. Knowledgeable, thorough, detailed and kind as well. He provided a great booklet of helpful information as well. Highly recommended!
