    More than just Accurate!

    A precise review of all the details a homeowner needs to know before taking possession of their new home! They located all the shut-offs for water, gas etc and put labels on all of them. They checked top to bottom; roof to the basement to make sure there were no leaks or potential problems. Photos were included with the detailed report so that all items were explained clearly. They were very approachable and understood how important it is to help you investigate and feel confident in your choice in home! You are able to follow along and ask questions on items that you'd like more details on. More than Accurate! Be sure to keep your report handy and you make your new house your home!

    Home Inspection

    I would recommend to anyone and everyone. As a first time home buyer, there are ALOT of unknowns and worries. Dale came in and was professional, and thorough. He made me feel at ease throughout the process, taught me about the workings of my home and made me feel confident about my decision. Any first time home buyers or even if this is your 10th home, you would be so lucky to have this great team with their expertise inspect your home.

    Awesome!

    Friendly, helpful, knowledge, and responsive. I would highly recommend Accurate Home Inspections to anyone looking to buy home. Especially first-time home buyers, I learned a lot during the inspection which will help me in the future.

    Home inspection

    Very thorough inspection completed and so much detail explained and definitely worth the price paid. Would not hesitate to recommend Accurate Home Inspections to friends.

    Painless process

    This company was referred to us by our realtor as a good company to deal with. It certainly was our experience. We met Dale at the condo we are planning on buying and he clearly explained what he would do. He also provided us with a file folder for us to file our home ownership papers. He also gave us a tape measure. He explained the scope of the inspection and what to expect in the report. Dale was courteous and patient. He answered all of pur questions and made sure we understood everything. A truly positive experience!

    Professional home inspection

    Dale recently inspected my new home. I found him to be very professional and thorough in his work. He meticulously examined the entire house, including many small details. Even though some issues were minor, he identified them, which helped me better understand the condition of my home. Additionally, Dale patiently advised me on how to repair and maintain these areas, which was extremely helpful for a novice like me. I greatly appreciate Dale's outstanding professionalism and express my gratitude.

    Home Inspection

    Terra was FANTASTIC! She was so kind, thorough, knowledgeable, and personable. From the initial contact through email to meeting her in person at the home inspection she was incredibly professional and her customer service was phenomenal. She is organized and I loved that she included a free tape measure and organizational folder. She walks you through everything, labels things and teaches you about your home. We loved the tools she used and the way she included us in the inspection. She is well worth the money and I would 20/10 recommend her for a home inspection. Thanks Terra!

    Accurate Home Inspection

    Dale did our home inspection and we were very impressed with the entire service. He was friendly, professional and in addition, gave us many helpful tips on the maintenance of the house.
