    Easy and Painless Home Inspection

    I've often been told that home inspections are a waste of money... but Accurate Home Inspection made me change my tune really fast! The inspector was thorough and answered all of my questions and gave me some great priorities for our home renovations as well as things to watch out for and start a maintenance plan ASAP. My partner and I were very pleased with how thorough the report produced was and how quickly it was turned around to us. I would highly recommend this inspection service to my family and friends.

    Great inspection service

    After communicating with other inspectors, I can tell you that the communication and organization of this company is amazing. They also had fair and honest pricing with no hidden costs which I certainly appreciated. The inspector was thorough and knowledgeable. I would use this company again or recommend to anyone.

    Home Inspection

    This was my first every Home Inspection, so I was going in "Blind". The inspector was very thorough and I was surprised with the detail that was taken with the inspection. I was given plenty of opportunities to ask questions and the inspector took plenty of time at each level of the house to explain the process. I would definitely recommend Accurate Home Inspection to others!

    Home Inspection

    Accurate was referred to me and my husband by our real estate agent and the inspector was amazing!!!! After we booked the date/time for the inspection we had to get it done a few days earlier than planned and were accommodated on the spot. The inspector was very thorough and provided explanations and suggestions throughout the process.....and watching the drone zoom over the roof was cool! We would definitely recommend this company.     Detailed inspection with incredible service - highly recommend!

    From the moment we reached out to reviewing the final report, the service was exceptional! We were communicated with promptly and clearly to discuss the service and set up the inspection. The inspection was thorough and detailed, covering aspects that no inspector I have worked with previously has addressed. The inspector explained the process and answered all our questions.     Accurate Home Inspections

    I recently purchased an older condo , 37 yrs old, in Calgary. I was hesitant with it being that old. Did not want to purchase something in need of a lot of repair. This inspector came highly recommended to me and they did not disappoint. A very thorough and detailed inspection was conducted followed by a very thorough and detailed report. The information provided was extremely helpful and made me feel much better about the purchase. The inspector also offered several homeowner tips on how to keep things running smoothly and avoid break downs. As well, should repairs be needed the inspector provided solutions and reputable service people I could call. The buying experience was a much less stressful experience after I met with the inspector and received the report. I would highly recommend this inspection company for your pre purchase/pre list home inspection. You will not be disappointed.

    Home Inspection

    Professional, Thorough and Knowledgeable

    We would never use any other company for this service. They were extremely thorough, and their additional tips and information were appreciated. They spotted a few small deficiencies that we would have missed, but that were easily repairable. If you are looking for a qualified, reputable, and knowlegeable professional organization, this should be your first choice.

    Inspection on a home purchase

    Professional and thorough in their work and identified some issues that normally would not be caught with just a visual inspection. Complete report with pictures, items of concern and future maintenance suggestions. Answered all the questions and were very knowledgeable about construction and systems. Highly recommended.

    Knowledgable and Friendly. We will call them again for our next property!

    From when I reached out to Accurate Home Inspection, the company was very pleasent and straight forward to deal with. The inspector was able to work around our schedule and came on time as planned. Our inspector started off by explaining to us what a home inspection is and what it isn't, which started the whole experience in a positive way that allowed us to communicate expectations. We asked for an inspection prior to us selling our Condo so that we could address any issues before putting it up on the market. The inspection was very thorough (much more than the inspection I had done when I originally bought the unit 9 years ago). The knowledge and experience of the inspector was obvious right away, and the thoroughness was impressive. Problems were identified and an expalanation of either how to correct them or mitigate the issue was provided, and we felt that we received excellent value. I appreciate that the company offers a service to call or text them with questions afterwards in case you forget to ask something during the inspection. Once we sell our current place, we will definitely be calling Accurate Home Inspection to help us evaluate our next property! Thank you!
