    Home Inspection

    The inspector was very professional and thorough. After the inspection, I was confident I knew what it was I was buying having a detailed list of all the deficiencies. I was also given a folder to stay organized in my new home with contacts for certain issues which was a nice touch. Highly recommended!

    Home Inspection

    Inspector was on time, professional, thorough and comprehensive in examining the home. Ver open to questions as you accompany the inspector through the entire process. Detailed written report provided and available for additional questions and/or follow-up. Excellent service - highly recommend.

    Home Inspection

    The inspector did a great job with answering all our questions and concerns and gave us tips on what we can do in the future to maintain our new home. I would recommend to anyone looking to get a home inspection to use Accurate Home Inspection.

    Home Inspection

    Very happy with our home inspection. The inspector was professional and thorough. We were present during the inspection and answers to our questions were detailed and well-explained. Would definitely recommend and use again.

    New home inspection

    Definitely recommend Accurate Home Inspections. Very professional, nothing was overlooked and they made sure we understood everything. They use a drone to view the roof, so nothing is missed. We were very happy with their service.

    House Inspection

    We did an inspection to our new house through Accurate Home inspection, the inspector was really helpful by answering all our questions and concerns during and after the inspection. Besides, the inspector gave a us a lot of suggestions on how to fix the issues they we found in the house and that was a big help for us and made a lot easier to do.

    Whole home inspection

    The inspector was prompt, brought all necessary equipment and was friendly. During the inspection all our questions were answered clearly and we were shown the readings on the thermal imaging and the moisture check. Very complete and professional.

    Home Inspection.

    I am purchasing a new to me home. I knew the place was old so I wanted to make sure I would be safe. The inspector came early, we entered the place and sat down and had a chat to let me know what would be checked and I would get a report after it was done. My Real Estate Agent and Myself asked a few questions along the way and they were answered. At the end the inspector sat down with me and read the thing that were to be checked into immediately. I was very much aware of the knowledge, pleasant conversation, honesty and helpful. I was given a folder to all the things I should do and how often. It was a very pleasant experience and highly recommend Accurate Home Inspection to anyone that is looking to have this service.

    Home Inspection

    I was very pleased with the thoroughness of the inspection. the inspector was very knowledgeable and provided a lot of good information throughout the process. I felt i was well informed of any deficiencies noted during the inspection and all of my questions were answered. I was also provided with some good maintenance tips that i will follow as they all made good sense.
