    Home Inspection

    We were referred to Accurate Home Inspections by a realtor company and were very impressed with our visit, from first phone call. Phone calls, emails and text messages have been answered right away and professionally. Our inspector was here on time even though weather conditions were not great. The inspector was friendly, knowledgeable, properly prepared with equipment and was very respectful to our children and our pets. We learned things about our home that we need to have done and other things that are normal wear and tear. We were able to go through the home with the inspector and were able to ask questions along the way. We received a very detailed report with photos which made it easy to understand. We also received a nice folder with some extra information in it for us to keep. If I need this service again, I will be calling Accurate Home Inspections, our family highly recommends this company. Thank you again for your awesome services!

    Home inspection

    Very knowledgable, good equipment. Easy to deal with. We felt better after the inspection and learned some new things about the home we are to purchase.

    Home inspection

    The inspector was very professional and very attentive to detail. I like how everything was professionally described as we moved along in the inspection. Very friendly to deal with as well. Would highly recommend and would definitely use again.

    Home Inspection

    We had Accurate Home Inspections come and do an inspection of a property we are about to acquire. The Inspector was very knowledgeable of every aspect of the construction and function of a home, friendly to us and showing us any of the findings, respectful to us and also to the home owner (seller), and very thorough in the inspections. We received a very detailed report of the inspection and also what we should "fix" asap and what has to have regular maintenance with a estimate on what those fix up may cost. I have had other home inspectors do inspections for me before but no one has been as detailed and helpful as Accurate Home Inspections. Thanks So Much!!! :)

    Home Inspection

    The inspector was down to earth, very knowledgeable and very easy to work with. The inspector let us know what is normal wear and tear, what to expect etc. They didn't use "fear" words or catastrophize little problems. We feel very informed about our new home, we feel very confident that we have all the information we need. We would recommend this company to all our family and friends!

    Home Inspection

    The inspector arrived promptly for the appointment with everything required to inspect the entire property. The use of a drone to review the roof was impressive, allowing for quick access to observe all of the roof. The inspector was incredibly knowledgeable about home construction given their background as a journeyman carpenter and was able to answer all of my questions as well as provide useful tips and information for things I had not considered. I would gladly use their services again for any future purchases.

    Home inspection

    Found through a Google and saw had good ratings. Inspector explained whole process and followed it to a tee. Very thorough and knowledgeable about all aspects of construction, electrical, plumbing, etc.. Encouraged active participation and answered all questions. Thermal camera nice extra touch. Would recommend.

    Home Inspection

    the inspection was prefect who provided professional comments for each area and individual function. and especially I satisfied with report format, it has all the information that I need for maintaining my home. highly recommend! I already send the inspector info to my friend :)

    Home Inspection

    The whole process from initial contact to follow-up was professional, thorough, knowledgeable, and transparent. Provided informative information for what to look for, problems found, and the solutions for all the problems. Edit: Amended in 2024 after having more experience with other home inspectors.
