    Home Inspection

    I was very happy with the service that Accurate Home Inspections provided. The inspector was punctual, professional, personable and did a very thorough job on the house inspection. The inspector also did a great job going over the report and explaining any problems or potential issues as well as pointing out the positive things. I would definitely recommend Accurate Home Inspections.

    Home Inspection

    Inspector was nice and explained everything well. Super accommodating as well when it came time to book. We feel pretty good now about moving into our new home. There should be no surprises.

    home inspection

    The inspector arrives on time, is very professional, and answers questions nicely during the inspection. It's a little bit expensive for the service during the after work hours. But overall nice experience.

    new townhouse

    the inspector was very nice and they explained everything in a way i could understand. they also checked everything from top to bottom very happy with there service thank you.

    Home Inspection

    Super accommodating with our schedule, the inspector was very thorough and answered all of our questions, even had some knowledge about pricing for some of the fixes needed. I would 100% recommend Accurate Home Inspection, we feel very secure about our new home!

    Home inspection

    Arrived early for the inspection which caught me off guard, and made a real strong effort to accommodate my tight schedule by coming out ASAP. The inspection was long, tedious and very educating. I was impressed. My friend referred me to this company and I will be doing the exact same to anyone in need of an inspection.

    Home Inspection

    It was great experience and I can not believe comparing the other guy that I have five years ago how much more detail and useful info I got. I definitely recommend this company for anybody is looking for a professional, detail oriented, and accurate home inspector. The money I paid worth it for every cent I paid and I believe it would help me to save more money and better house.

    Home Inspection

    Accurate home Inspections provided my husband and I two home inspections in Oct/Nov 2013. The inspector was professional and explained every detail as we walk through. Following the first house inspection we decided based on the results to remove our offer to purchase, the house inspection saved us thousands of potential dollars, with so many issues uncovered. The second inspection was great, just as detailed, and way less risk to us. Thanks !

    Mahogany Manor Home Inspection

    The worst home inspection ever. I've had 5 inspections prior - this was the worst experience ever. Tara and Egbert were very unprofessional. Tara has a tendency to get very defensive - do not be fooled by this company and their reviews. Tara is very inexperienced and Egbert is a little better - just one example out of many - he missed a crack in the garage door window - I'm not certfied but had to bring it to hos attention - anyone can go around and check electical outlets - thats pretty much all he did. Very poor after sales service - they offer their number for any follow ups - but Tara is very good at making excuses. Stay way from this company.

    Suk, I am very puzzled by your review. I understand that you were disappointed that we were not able to tell you the exact number of roof vents that were obstructed, this was due to the complicated configuration of the attic, but to discredit the all of the other things that were found, is a little disingenuous. The home is brand new from the builder and there was very little furniture so it may appear that that the inspection is not as detailed as it is because every wall and ceiling is easily visible. You had questions about the crack in the basement floor and you seemed unable to accept that it was a very small crack in a typical location and that it was not a concern even after we discussed it repeatedly. After all our emails and phone discussions, now you know why we joke about needing to charge extra for engineers. But please JOIN US next time as we perform our inspection for you. Sorry we could not make you happy.
