    Home Inspection

    Accurate Home Inspections came in and inspected our townhome prior to our one year warranty. They did a great job and gave us piece of mind. They provided us with a very detailed report within 24 hours. I would recommend to anyone purchasing a new home to give the Accurate Home Inspections team a call!

    Home Inspection

    I would highly recommend Accurate Home Inspections. Very professional service and a thorough inspection. Excellent communication and was emailed a full report with photos quickly. Also very impressed I was told I called in the future with any questions. Without hesitation would hire again.

    Investment Home Inspection

    We had our new investment house inspection done by Accurate Home Inspections on a very cold day in October . The inspector was very thorough and went through all the rooms and components of the house and garage. All the issues that were found were well explained and knowledgeable advice was given on what needed to be fixed. I was very impressed with the inspector's professionalism, knowledge and equipment used. I would definitely recommend Accurate Home Inspection to my friends and I would also use them again.

    Home Inspection

    Inspector was prompt and took their time to go through various issues (structural as well as cosmetic). Although their main focus is on the structural integrity of your home, they had no issues dicsussing workmanship related issues. Inspection was done due to a one year warranty with a builder whom I had zero trust in. Some issues uncovered by inspector I had already noted, however additional issues were pointed out by the inspector. All in all, a good learning experience and well worth the price for peace of mind. I have other home inspections in the past, This was the most thorough of all, and you could tell the inspector actually cared. Highly recommended.

    Home Inspection

    We used Accurate Home Inspection in Calgary to have an inspection done on a home we had made an offer to purchase. The inspector was very knowledgable, friendly and easy to talk to. All of my questions were answered and I was given a really good idea of what I should expect from our new home. We were provided with some great resources and encouraged to get in touch if we had any questions in the future. The inspection was thorough and informative. We received our detailed inspection report within hours of the inspection being done. It was well laid out and easy to read and will be a good future reference. I would definitely recommend Accurate Home Inspection!

    Acreage Home & Shop Inspection

    We had Accurate Home Inspections come out to an acreage we were looking to buy, and conduct a thorough inspection of the buildings, including a 30 yr old house & shop/barn. The inspector was punctual, very thorough, and identified several areas of concern that we may not have picked up on. The final report was delivered via email later that day! Very pleased customer - thank you!

    Home Inspection

    I was very impressed with the inspector. The house was thoroughly inspected inside and out, including a full check of the roof shingles (2 storey-multi level roof). I am an experienced home owner with improvements and repairs but missed many of the items that were reported. The report was well documented with detail and noted the repairs in priority. With this inspection, I felt a sense of relief and knowledgable about our home purchase. I highly recommend Accurate Home Inspections.

    Home Inspection

    Home inspection

    The experience of the home inspection was the easiest part of buying our home thanx to the inspection team. The inspector was very helpful and explained everything in detail. The inspector worked extremely fast and produced a detailed report in merely hours. We were very impressed with the over all service and this was one less thing we had to worry about during this stressful time. I would definetly recommend this company to anyone in need of a home inspection.
