We had a great Inspection! We were buying our first home and were quite overwhelmed with the process. The insector came over and explained everything for us. We knew what the issues with the house were. We also know what we need to do!

Fantastic service - punctual informed and easy to deal with. I've experienced 5 other home inspections in Calgary and this was by far the best. The inspector was extremely knowledgable, and explained technical issues (we are buying a very old house) in easy to understand terms. Any questions we had were answered and we never felt rushed or that we only had a set amount of time. The inspection was thorough and the final report very detailed. Would highly recommend.

We were purchasing an 70's era home in an established neighbourhood. Our Inspector was ahead of our appointment by five or ten minutes and after introductions and a few photos got right to work. Our inspector was thorough and open to questions regarding the condition of the house and what should be done going forward. The inspector took care to explain clearly what was being reviewed and what the findings were. Explanations were provided that went above and beyond what was strictly necessary. I really appreciated the tips for ongoing maintenance. This is not the first time I've had an inspection and I found this the most informative one. I have seen other inspection reports and they had no where near as much information and were no where near as detailed. Deserves more then a 5 star rating. I recently used Accurate Home Inspections for a home inspection in the Calgary area. Overall the service was great. They came out on time with little advanced notice, raring and ready to go. Together we did the full tour of the home - outside, attic, inside main and basement. Throughout the inspection, the inspector was friendly, very knowledgeable and was more than willing to explain anything that I didn't understand.
