New shingles on roof
Of the 4 quotes received from various companies, Danny was the only one who actually went up on the roof to do a thorough inspection. During his inspection, I mentioned to him that several cracks had occurred on the ceiling inside the house and on occasion, moisture would appear around potlights, as well as moisture in the corners of ceilings in some rooms. He immediately inspected the exterior sofit and discovered the lack of air ventalation to the attic. New shingles and the MK3 system were installed.
The Roof on Homes team, from the start of the project, were very
respectful of our property, ensuring that all areas around the house,
such as landscaping, etc., were protected from debris, as well as
inspecting the entire worksite upon completion of the job, to make certain that cleanup of such debris was complete!
The Roofs on Homes team were punctual and knowledgable and completed the project in a timely manner. Excellent service--Thank-you.
