I just bought a semi-detached triplex building. I started getting complaint from my neighbor that water is leaking into her building from my roof. My neighbor installed a new roof for their unit using another company. That same company wanted me to put a new roof. Being a new homeowner-I decided to shop around. I called and emailed around 20 roofing companies.The cost varied from $8000 to $22000. Some of the roofing companies were unprofessional and demanding. When I called Danny over the phone- he said he will inspect the roof and let me know whether this is repair job or replacement job. Danny and Chuck inspected my roof and mentioned that my roof is not that old and the condition was OK- it did not need immediate replacement but some repairs. They also mentioned that they could help me out with eavestrough and downpipe installation. Their service was exceptional- they showed me the changes they made with the roof and have also given me a very good warranty. The reason I went with these guys is because they were honest(did not want to sell me a new roof) and they showed me what they were going to do. I will refer Danny & Chuck to all my friends and family - and will use them for future business.

I hired City 1 Roof to Re-place my roof. I was away on vacation and asked for them to re-place my roof while I was away and by the time I was back from vacation it was done. City 1 Roofs were very good, came and worked and cleaned my home on the outside, when I came home it was like nothing happened, except that I had a new Roof!! Awesome. I would definitly refer this company, actually already did!! They have all ready quoted them and hopefully they will have a new roof soon. City 1 is very prompt!! On time for meetings for Quotes and Follow-up. So if you are looking for a good Realiable Company to do your roof, I would suggest City 1.

After calling Danny due to a serious leak in our roof, he quickly came out, knowing the urgency of our situation. When it was determined that we needed a new roof, the job was started within a couple of days, and finished in less then two days. They were professional the entire time, and we are very happy with the work done. Highly recommended.

After more than a year with our leak and after having at least half a dozen other so-called roofers on our roof with no resolution, we were lucky to find City1 Roof Works, who successfully repaired our neighbur's cedar roof and now has fixed ours. I highly recommend these guys to anyone. They were very professional, cleaned up after themselves, tested the roof with a hose and were very comfortable on our high pitched, slippery slate roof. If they can fix our roof, they can fix any roof. What a relief to finally have this problem resolved so that we can move on. Thanks again Danny and Chuck!

Called them originally to hang Xmas lights and realized they specialized in cement, clay roofs. They very quickly and efficiently repaired and replaced tiles on my roof,filled cracks and even filled some cracks in my brick walls with mortar and missing bricks. Very good job and friendly service. will call again!

I had several estimates for a new roof, and although City One was not the least expensive I found them too be the most professional. i.e. on time for appt., went through the entire process in detail of what needed too be done. The day of roofing the team worked together, tarped the areas as they were working, very aware of plants, hot tubs , driveways etc. No mess left behind at all. I would definitely recommend this company too a friend or neighbour. I felt totally satisfied with the job and reputation of the company.

As we were planning our re-roofing, we felt we needed a knowledgeable and experienced contractor as our roof has some challenging issues including a very tall, steep turret and multiple slopes. City 1 Roof Works staff helped us with everything from the planning to working efficiently then cleaning up perfectly so not to disrupt our family life. The finished product looks great. A neighbour had used this company and recommended them to us.The price and quality of workmanship was second to none. They even did some minor repairs at no extra cost to us. We have an unusual roof tile that is no longer available so they actually made the tiles that were missing from a previous wind storm.
